Perfect cozy home

This place had everything i needed and the location was ideal for me. Cute and cozy and comfortable. I think I've found the perfect place when I'm visiting Austin.

Great Place!!

This is an excellent property for one person or for a couple. It is small and efficient. The appointments are simple, but they were more than adequate for me. The neighborhood is middle-working class; I felt very safe coming in at 10:00 every night and leaving early every morning. The little house is probably 8' x 18'. The queen bed is comfortable. There is a sofa, and the kitchen area has a refrigerator, microwave, and crockpot. The appointments reminded me a of mid-century style. The bathroom is small, clean, and more than adequate. What makes this a REALLY good place to stay is the owner. Ledia is the best host I have ever encountered in the many years I have used a service like VRBO. And although I have never had a bad experience with any hosts, Ledia went out of her way to accommodate all the drama accompanying my visit to Austin. My daughter-in-law and son had their second child almost 6 six weeks early, so we went back and forth as to when I should come down. Ledia worked with our needs. Later, when it was time for me to go back home, my flight was canceled at the very last minute (10 at night for a 6AM flight), and again, Ledia came to the rescue to make sure I had a place to stay. All this, and she continued to be thoughtful, kind, and up-beat. She was SO gracious. I will certainly stay in her little house from now on.

Why they chose this property

Adorable studio with patio, bath and kitchenette. Really cool. Completely new and fresh. Lovely safe area w quick access to I-35, downtown and UT.

What makes this property unique

Easy location. You can walk to restaurants and grocery store. We are right by Hanks which is NICE coffee and all day cafe w drinks at night. Also Torchys tacos, mod pizza, Xian noodles, HEB grocery store etc. It's also cheap to uber/lyft the short distances if you prefer.
