We had a wonderful stay in your apartment. We loved the location looking over Circle Park and within easy walking distance of all downtown attractions. The apartment is very comfortable with all the charm of this historic property. The wood floors creak a bit telling the stories of previous guests and the old brick wall is fabulous! I will definitely stay here again if in Sebring!
Only one means of egress out of the unit is not the safest. Felt like the access to the unit was going up the fire escape after parking next to the dumpster not the greatest vibe. We did wish we got there earlier to go out and explore downtown it’s a cute little neighborhood, but the entrance to the unit left a bit to be desired.
The apartment was clean and cool when we arrived. Awesome views of the downtown circle, very pretty. Convenient to shops, restaurants. Very nice stay overall!
Audrey and her husband were the kind of hosts who make you feel welcome before you even arrive—and even after you’ve left. Their downtown apartment was a spacious haven, thoughtfully stocked, clean, and comfortable. We adored its character: an older building lovingly refreshed, yet still whispering stories through details like the brick wall in the living room. From the windows, we gazed out at Sebring’s historic circle, dressed in twinkling Christmas lights—a view that felt like a holiday card come to life.It was a charming little escape wrapped in warmth and nostalgia.

Michael, we loved hosting you. It was a pleasure having such respectful guests, and we're so glad you appreciated the amenities. Your included photo is so thoughtful! Thank you
Great second floor one bedroom well stocked clean with super responsive owner right in historic circle overlooking circle but very quiet property great walking distance to everything will be going back to stay for sure loved it
I've stayed here before and I love it! There was no trash bag this time for me to change trash as I was here for a week! And ran out of toilet paper but we made it work and I will probably refer this to others as I bought my own home now! Thanks for the stay we appreciate it!

Shana, thank you for the review and so sorry about the supplies not being fully stocked and ready for you. We do normally have those things. We super appreciate you and your family- and for you to still love it here and to recommend us to your friends and family. Your grace is super seen and appreciated. Thank you!!!
My son, grandson and I stayed in this spacious apartment because we had to attend a funeral. Audrey is easy to reach, friendly and accaccommodating accaccommodating.
We had a great stay, the apartment is open and the living area is large. One of the nice things about the apartment Is it overlooks the circle. The apartment was very clean and supplied with many items that were unexpected. Lots of places to eat drink and shop. We will not hesitate to book this apartment again.
Came down to help my mom with house work and this was perfect location to walk back and forth and be close to everything!! Thank u Audrey the place was beautiful and perfect to exactly what we needed lived in sebring back and forth since 5 years old and this will definitely be a spot i will use frequently!
The apartment was perfect for me and my family to stay for a few days while visiting family. I appreciated the privacy of the unit as well as the location. The bed was beyond comfortable and soft. Audrey was a friendly host who was available when I needed her. I had all of the amenities that me and my two kids needed.
Very comfortable stay and a great value for our money.
BIG apartment, nicely equipped, in a nice neighborhood in the heart of Sebring. Walk to Dee’s, or pizza place, or Sheila’s pub and others. Nice walk to the waterfront park. Quieter than other parts of Sebring. Easy parking in back. I am very happy to have chosen here.

Hello Jeanna, I am so sorry for your experience. Unfortunately, I had switched calendar software programs, which lead to this double booking. I hate this happened to you. If you ever wanted to give us another chance, and totally understandable if you don't since had an awful experience, please reach out to me on the VRBO app so that I can make sure that you do have a great stay. I would like to earn your business back and make sure that you have a good time in Sebring. So sorry again for your troubles!
Audrey was a delightful host! Thoughtful, friendly and such a clean place to stay! The beds were very comfortable, with the softest sheets and VERY well set up kitchen. Lots of seating for friends and nice touches like coffee, tea and hot chocolate available. Games and puzzles were fun! We had some friends come unexpectedly, and the pull out sofa and chair were very comfortable & user friendly. We HIGHLY recommend Audrey-we won't stay anywhere else now, when we are in Sebring!
Perfect set up for father-son trip. Location was excellent. Will definitely choose this place as a yearly event. Thanks for everything being just what we hoped for. (Would make one small suggestion...it would be great to have some type of light blocking curtains or blinds in the room with the futon, as the outdoor city lights made falling asleep a bit of a challenge.) But still very pleased and appreciative of the entire stay.

Hello, I am Audrey and I love traveling and historic buildings. I hope that my love of these two things will help to make your stay in The Zachary building comfortable and enjoyable.
Why they chose this property
Touches that make this home standout are the exposed brick walls and the central view of the activites at the circle PLUS awesome sunsets. The living room feautres two different sitting areas. One has a reclining sofa with a coffee table overlooking a window with views of the circle. This is fun for, again, those great sunsets and for people watching. The second seating area has a very comfortable couch, chair, and large TV. The couch does turn into a bed comfortable for one adult and linens for it are in a basket inside the end table. The second chair laysout too and can be a good spot for a child or teen to sleep. The booksehlf is ever evolving with books. The dining table fits four. The kitchen is large and has an island for more casual seating. There are basics such as coffee, hot tea packs, cold tea packs, ketchup, mustard, hot sauce, and numberous spices. Small appliances include a coffee machine, a hot pot, and toaster. There is a basic set of pots and pans as well. The best part is the bedroom. The bedroom is large, has a super soft rug, a plush duvet, a closet, and wax warmer lamps for you to enjoy a peacceful sleep. There is fast WiFi. It test at around 165 Mbps.
