The house was so adorable and very private. Communication with the owner was easy since the response time was very quick for any questions I had. Will definitely choose to stay again next time we come through town.
We have stayed in this house twice and it is very clean and well kept. It has everything we need for a long weekend. The area is peaceful and we enjoy sitting outside on the back porch watching the cows.
Beautifully decorated, clean home in great location. Convenient for shopping in Canton for Trade Days weekend! The host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay in this little home. It was clean and comfortable and close to all the activities we had planned. My granddaughter especially enjoyed seeing the cattle in the surrounding pasture every morning.
The property was easy to find, was super clean and decorated beautifully. It was the perfect size for myself and two friends to relax after shopping in Canton all day. We truly enjoyed our quick girls trip this weekend at the house!
Just needed a little bit of time away from the city, and it was perfect. All amenity’s were at your becking call. Would recommend to anyone just trying to get away and relax.
The property was quiet, private and peaceful. The amenities were thoughtful, with things like snacks, water and usb plugs in the bedside tables! There were even makeup wipes provided. We thoroughly enjoyed this little house!
Weekend trip to Canton Trade Days with friends. Quiet, clean and thankful for all the small amenities! We brought some games with us for the evening and imagine our surprise to find more in the coffee table. The tea pods for the Kurig was fantastic ending to the day for winding down. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Cafe U and really enjoyed touring the Victorian home. You’re a gracious host!
Clean, quiet, and safe.
My friend and I were only in the home for 12 hours (overnight) but it was exactly what was posted online.
I would book this home if I was coming through town again.
This place is well kept, nicely furnished and comfortable. We had four adults, a teenager and a child. The size was perfect. It was a little hard with one bathroom but we managed ok. We will stay here again when visiting relatives again.
I would recommend this house for a small group. It was nice and cozy, clean, and in a nice quiet location. It was billed as a 20 minute drive to Canton, but it was more like 40 minutes. There were restaurants and grocery store fairly close. The 4 of us had a good time!
Cleanest rental property I’ve stayed in. Beds were so comfortable (loved all the pillows and blankets). Every morning the cows came along the fence to greet us and my daughter LOVED that. Only issue we had was that we arrived when it was dark out and we tried to enter through the wrong door. Entrance is facing away from the main road. Took a minute to figure out, then the entire rest of the stay was perfect.
house very neat and tidy
love the snack and coffee, help us through
tons of towels.
only thing, if you arrive late, bit hard to find the house to dark.
highly recommended....
The Sundance was a comfortable place to stay. We found it clean and beautifully decorated. It is conveniently located near historic Mineola and Lindale. We enjoyed the fire pit. I was impressed with the powerful Ninja blender that made quick work of my morning smoothies. The beds were very comfortable. We had only one issue with the bathtub faucet. I contacted the owner and she has someone there within minutes. Enjoyed our stay!
Everything felt nice, and very clean!! We slept well on the beds and awoke refreshed and ready for the day!! We loved not having neighbors right beside us! We had space and loved it!! The cabin supplies exceeded our needs!! Everything we needed was there, even Ziploc bags!! Lol. We will be back!! ♥️🐶♥️
My wife, myself, one of our daughters and our daughter-in-law stayed at the Sundance on Feb. 2-4, 2023 to attend the 1st Monday trade days at Canton. This was really the first good travel day after the winter storm. We arrived around 7 pm on the evening of Feb. 2. The home was perfect for us as was the hospitality provided by our host. The house, location and extras (coffee, tea and hot chocolate as well as the bottled water and snacks) were great! We will definitely check the availability of this location for any other future trips to Canton or the surrounding area! Thanks so much Renee!
