3BR/2.5BA 1500sq ft townhouse in the Mount Baker area of Seattle.

Two ACs located in the unit, one AC in upstairs master room and one in the main floor room. Only available during the summer.

Washer/dryer next to the two master rooms on the top floor (both with private bathrooms)

Separate bedroom and fully gated front yard on bottom level

Four Smart TVs included in the house, including a 65” 4K QLED TV in the family room.

Conveniently located near downtown with easy access to I-90 and I-5. 15 min drive to Bellevue, Southcenter, West Seattle and Downtown. 7 min walk to Link Lightrail. 4 min drive to Lake Washington

Roomy with 3 bedrooms which allowed space for everyone. Easy access to Mercer Island. Stairs to navigate but worth the effort if you are able. Would stay here again!

Communication was quick & friendly with host. The town house was not too far from all the popular locations. Beware it's in a part of town that is not that great, very shady. Lots of planes flying over. Fans and carpet dirty but house is clean. flying overt. fflying and

I love Seattle

We had such an amazing time in Seattle and Alex was such a great host. We’re from farther down south and having a space up north while we got what we wanted done was super convenient. He responded quickly to any questions we had and was super flexible with us which helped make our trip run a lot smoother. The space was super clean and spotless and everything worked well. We felt very comfortable like we were at home, definitely better than a hotel.
