Overall the location was ok. And there are plenty of rooms for guests. But……The hot tub was gross, scum and hair in jets. The kitchen was poorly equipped (no mixing bowl etc.). The dishes were not cleaned prior to our stay. The mattresses are uncomfortable to say the least. The bathrooms are not function with a large group of people. The blinds were falling apart. I wouldn’t stay here again but it worked for what we wanted to do while in the area.

Wonderful getaway

Our family of 6 stayed at this property. It was very clean, had tons of space for us with plenty of sleeping accommodations. The kids had a blast with the arcade machine. The cabin is in a quiet area close to anything you may want to see/ do in the area. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome Cabin

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Our 6 yr old and 9 yr old boys enjoyed the bunk beds and the video game console with multiple cool games. It was the perfect size cabin and plenty of room for the family we had there, 3 adults, 2 kids. The owner was quick to repsond when we had questions. I would definitely recommend staying here and we would stay here again in the future.

Smoky Mountains cabin

Check in was very smooth. The beds were comfortable and the property has very much of a cabin feel to it. The property is very close to many activities in Pigeon Forge. There is one bed on the main floor, but there are steep stairs if you have elderly folks to think about. Our family had a great and comfortable stay.

Happy Family Getaway

Great location! All of our activities were in Pigeon Forge and we had no problem getting to and from the property in 10 minutes or less. The beds were super comfortable and there was an old video game machine in the basement/lower level that our boys loved to play. There is not a tub but two showers which wasn’t a big deal for us. We loved the outdoors space as well. The driveways were steep but you are on a mountain and my boys remarked that they felt like they were in a treehouse. We made fun family memories that will last a lifetime. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely rebook on our next adventure to Pigeon Forge.

Great Family Stay for our Ripken Experience

CABIN: Sweet cabin, as pictured. Clean with ample amenities (towels, soap, blankets, sheets, hair dryer, toilet paper rolls). The only cabin I found in our price range where my family of five + another family of three were able to have designated beds/sleeping areas. There is not much property around the house and we didn’t use the hot-tub/deck area due to weather and schedule. The gaming machine was popular with our boys, and lots of TVs all around so everyone was happy. Just beware the internet connection/cell signal in Pigeon Forge is very weak. Water pressure is weak, also. Ambiance is very rustic, love the wood smell and it’s obvious it is well cared for and they have made updates (bathrooms, kitchen). We were pleased, it worked out well for our trip and our families. PARKING: the stuff nightmares are made of if you have a Honda Odyssey, apparently. The steepness and the angle made it very difficult to get in and out. We bottomed-out on both driveways the first several times. We needed to hug to the right and only access the driveway coming from up the hill, and then it was manageable. LOCATION: Close to the main strip. It was very central for us to get everywhere in Pigeon Forge (~12mins). Roads narrow, windy and steep with very deep ditches. That’s status quo for the area unless you’re in a resort or hotel/motel. Cabin is surrounded by woods and faces the road. CHECK-IN: is a breeze. And very good communication leading up to, and during, our stay.
