New, fully remodeled home located 10 miles from the most beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald green waters in the USA!

Our home is beautifully appointed with high end finishes. We offer 2 living areas so there’s plenty of room for everyone. Each of the 3 large bedrooms offers a different theme and has full large closets. We have 2 full bathrooms, a custom kitchen with all new appliances, cabinets and island. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of glasses, dishes and cookware. Our custom desk has an ergonomic chair for comfort, and we have a full size laundry room with washer/dryer.

The private back yard is fully fenced and has a custom built propane grill. There is a large fully screened in porch off the sunken living room that has an outdoor vintage table, rocking in chairs and hanging lights.

The front porch has a beautiful custom trellis and comfortable furniture.

Closer to our home we offer a locals private beach less than a mile away on the bay. The boat ramp and Choctawhatchee Park is a mile away as and offers a boat ramp and picnic tables under the oak trees.

AMAZING

The owner was an excellent communicator. She thought of everything imaginable to inform us on to ensure our stay was eventful. The coolest thing was the Red Hot Chile Peppers on the record player!!! Again the stay was phenomenal ;)

Great location, Pleasantly Appointed

Our stay here was exactly what we needed! The house is perfectly located just outside the hustle of town, but only a short drive to stores and important connecting roads. Communication on the property and nearby amenities were pleasant and thorough. Our family felt safe and comfortable during our stay and Nancy was always on time with any answers to our questions or helpful advice. Thanks again!

For decades I published a family magazine in the area but Covid took it out. I had to reinvent myself and decided to start hosting airbnbs and doing Turo and I have realized how much I enjoy hosting!

My kiddos have both moved away so it’s my husband, our three rescue pups, VRBO and Turo that I spend my time with.
I just really enjoy meeting my guests in person or via messaging or calls and making sure they are comfortable and have information about our area to make their stay that much more enjoyable.

Why they chose this property

It’s unique and one that will be completely revamped in the next 5 years. It’s under built, many are just discovering it so you still have a great taste of old Florida here and of course because it is right across from the water!

What makes this property unique

2 living room areas and 2 porches. Very private. No neighbors on either side or behind. Lots of parking. Water views! Uniquely decorated mid century pop styling.
