We’ve lived in Arizona nearly 20 years and love this state. We have are both retired but still do some part-time work in real estate. Our home is ready for you to come spend a few days or a week and enjoy Glendale during the Super Bowl or the Waste Management Open Golf event. We would like to meet you to be sure you will be comfortable in our home during you stay and have all the things you will need . Rex and Irene.

Our home is spacious with 2 bedrooms and enough room for an additional fold-out bed if needed. It is freshly painted and has a nice front patio and back patio. There are 2 bedrooms with walk-in closets. There are many stores and restaurants very close by.

What makes this property unique

Ideal location is only 12 miles from State Farm Stadium (Super Bowl). Close to Interstate 17 and Loop 101 highways and Arrowhead Mall. Just a half mile from supermarket.
