(Double queen and king) Come play in the PADDLE BOAT, fish from the dock or swim from sand bar, or scoot across the lake in the KAYAKS. Enjoy your private Lakeside CAMPFIRE; we furnish the wood. This home is waterfront in a mountain cove with amazing views and wonderful privacy. Lake Guntersville is the largest lake in Alabama; 69,000 water surface acres and 950 miles of beautiful mountain shoreline. This is an amazing water sports and bass fishing lake. Lake Guntersville often hosts THE BASSMASTER TOUR and other challenging fishing tournament. You will find it all here, Water skiing, boating, sailing, fishing charter trips,and boat rental. Plenty of golf. The Wyeth house is located in the city limits of the quaint and beautiful waterfront town of Guntersville, & convenient to all shopping. Enjoy waterfront dining and waterfront Publix grocery shopping right from your boat. The wonderfully nostalgic downtown Guntersville is especially fun to visit. The squeaky wood floors in the old department store "Fants" will bring back memories of days gone by. The antique shops are loaded with wonderful treasures. Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remember Gsv trash day is only once a week and will pick up very early Tuesday morning. ALL TRASH MUST BE NEATLY BAGGED and placed in the cans in bin by road. Gsv will not pick up loose trash.
Please be sure to return the KAYAKS to the dock RACK. $50 fine for leaving them out.
Please lean paddle boats against the tree. Please do not drag them on the ruff concrete.
Please do not flush anything but tissue down the commodes. We are on City utilities but because of the hilly terrain we are required to have a Grinder pump. A $3k fix

We designed and constructed both of our lake houses with our large Family in mind. We are delighted to share them with you. You will surely find how wonderfully accommodating these floor plans can be especially for large groups, familiar or unfamiliar. Although the yard is fairly level, If you have step issues, remember you can drive your vehicle from the front door to the water's edge.
What makes this property unique
Internet TV's in almost every room and free Internet. This location is marvelous. Wyeth is a coveted area of Lake Guntersville. Homes in this neighborhood are top of the market with mostly permanent residents. Yet this property is in a protected mountain cove with a boat loading ramp, dock, and natural sand bar for swimming, making it especially great for children with kayaks the paddle boats. You will be just 5 minutes from downtown Guntersville, by boat or car, to include restaurants and grocery stores.
