Four Seasons 203 West is 3 bedroom/3 bath condo located on the 2nd floor and has and an incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico, a sandy white beach and a 704 foot private fishing pier from the living room, dining room, kitchen & master bedroom and a guest room! The property amenities include a private pier that rivals any state pier in our area, beach side pool, indoor heated pool, fitness center, sauna and lounge room, short boardwalk to the beach with a shower and full time security staff. The elevators and lobby are freshly painted and very clean!

Bring your beach towels and chairs or see the beach attendant for lounger rentals seasonally. There is a modest supply of bath and kitchen linens are in the condo, you may bring more. The utility room adjoins the kitchen and has a full size washer and a full size washer, plus an iron, ironing board. You may need extra detergent. The kitchen has full size appliances, cookware, silverware and everything needed to prepare most meals. Bring food, coffee and your disposable items. The condo is set up with bathroom and kitchen amenites/toiletries that will get you through the first night if you did not get to shop.

Book this condo and have a great time, inside and out of the condo. Orange Beach has lots to offer to keep everyone happy and busy. Plan to go to The Wharf and to OWA (google it) The beach is beautiful and has wonderful sugar white sand. The pier is a great place to fish or just enjoy the scenery, it also serves as a shade to take a break from the sun. So, no need to pack a tent, but bring your fishing gear!

WE WILL BE BACK!

We loved this condo, the view was amazing. It is a great condo, very nicely furnished. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was close to restaurants and shops. When I return, it will be to this condo 203W. We loved the convience of the pier also, we spent our days on the beach under the pier, no need for umbrellas, we moved with the shade. We had no trouble getting on the elevators at all. We all loved this condo!

We had a great time. Condo was just as pictured and worked well with our group. The location was convenient for groceries and restaurants. Just a maintenance issue to report, the shower in first bathroom hall leak out onto the floor from the shower head, but was usable. Not any sharp knives, otherwise kitchen well stocked. TVs could be bigger .We would definitely stay there again !!

We absolutely love this property! It’s quiet, peaceful with views for days! Love to fish? Perfect! There’s a private pier. Surf? Also perfect! The pier and sandbar create a beautiful break. We’ve spent the last 4 years vacationing at 203W. It’s out favorite!

Four Seasons is in itself a treasure and 203W is exactly what makes this property in Orange Beach magnificent. The 2nd floor provides beautiful views of the gulf while enabling you to zip up the stairs to the condo if elevators are busy. The private beach and pier are the gems! We are already planning our trip for next year! Thank you, 203W!!

10/10 FABULOUS - Construction Noise Was A Bother

Our family of four (11yo and 7yo) loved this condo and its location so very very much. We all agreed we had the best view, the easiest beach access, and the pier was just fabulous for our nature-loving kiddos. We all walked on it several times each day and evening we were there. Seeing herons, pelicans, sharks, and rays all "up close" in addition to the interesting catches of the fishermen was really interesting and added a special element to our 5 days at the beach. The whole family enjoyed searching for shells in the shallows and the pier was the perfect amount of shade. We really loved the easy walk back to the condo for a relaxing lunch on the balcony, enjoying the sea breezes. The gate house gaurds were helpful and friendly and the management team was extremely prompt and accommodating. The only fly in the ointment was the building construction that was occurring during half of our stay. The extreme noise was extremely disturbing but the dust was almost worse. Nevertheless, we truly hope we can visit here again!
