You will have access to the entire 2nd floor space, including the backyard which sits on the intracoastal. We provide you with a BBQ, paddle boards, beach lounge chairs, and an amazing view of the water. Our guests see dolphins every day!
This unit is the entire 2nd story of a 4 unit home, directly on the intracoastal. It has been recently renovated and is in the middle of a family friendly, very relaxed neighborhood. It is less than 2 blocks to beach access at Indian Rocks Beach, and we provide a beach buggy, beach towels, beach umbrellas, a cooler, and beach chairs. There are 3, 32 inch TVs, all with Roku- in the living room, master bedroom, and 1 of the guest bedrooms. It has been decorated by a local artist with fun and unique decor and murals that are sure to help you create unique picture opportunities.
The easiest way to get around is walking or riding bikes. You can also scooter, go boating, grab an Uber, or rent a golf cart. You can also hop on one of the paddle boards that we provide free to guests.
