2 redecorated units have a combined 4 bdrms, 2 bathrms, 2 kitchens on the SECOND floor of a quaint 4-unit building, in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach (sleeps up to 12). The sun-heated pool is right outside. Across the street from beach access, short walk to many cafes, restaurants, and ice cream shops in a family friendly neighborhood.
*Please note: the units share a common wall but you must exit one unit to enter the other.
*The well behaved dogs of respectful pet owners welcome (2 max), $195 fee




Our property manager, Madison, lives very close to the property . We can be on property relatively quickly if urgent. Message through the platform for lightning fast response.

This area is quaint and quiet Florida beach town. Many mom and pop businesses are within walking distance as are local restaurants and beach shops. There is a pedestrian walkway along the road as well.

Parking for up to 4 cars is easy on the property and we are across the street from the beach. There is beach access right on 7th street across Gulf Blvd, only a 2 minute walk.

The units are fully furnished with wifi and flat screen HDTVs in the living rooms and master bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and ready for you to enjoy a homemade meal. You have 2 private laundry rooms with washers and dryers and basic supplies and a large exterior balcony overlooking the pool area so you can watch the kids swim.

The pool has recently been retiled and completely renovated!

Family friendly neighborhood, perfect for walking, riding bikes, or Uber.

*The well behaved dogs of respectful pet owners are welcome, there is a $195 fee (2 dogs max)

*Please message us if you require early check-in and late check-out. Each are $25 pending availability and approval.
