Quiet & Cozy

This upstairs apartment is nestled in a quiet section of Fairborn, next to the non-working side of Wright Patterson Air Force Base, but within walking distance of local eateries. Awake to the muted sound of Reveille if you want on weekdays.

Well-stocked apartment

This is a walk-up apartment that is clean and well-equipped, featuring amenities like Apple TV, a washer, and a dryer. However, the bedroom does not have a window that can be opened. Additionally, residents on the first floor smoke, and the smoke travels up through the air vents. I shared this feedback with the landlord, who has been very responsive. Hopefully, the issue will be addressed soon and the apartment will start to smell better.
