Walking and bike paths, tennis and pickleball court’s, Navy Seal Museum are all within walking distance. A short drive to in beautiful downtown Vero Beach and the restaurants and shops at the Fort Pierce Marina. This property has a 90 day minimum rental. Seasonal rental rates from January through April are $8,000 per month

I have owned this condominium with my wife since it was first built in 2005. We absolutely love being there. Sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean are breathtaking. We walk everyday on the beautiful sandy beach. We think you will love this condominium as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
If you love the ocean, the sound of the waves, the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean, this place is for you. We have found no more peaceful place in our travels.
What makes this property unique
The beach, pool, close to the Fort Pierce Marina and shopping in Vero beach. One hour to West Pam Beach and one and a half hours to Orlando
