Hi Cheryl Thank you for taking the time to write to us w/your feedback and we sincerely apologize that your stay didn’t go as well as you anticipated. Few things I want to address is that this property is listed on several platforms and have received positive feedbacks from all the guest as well as VRBO family of 12 + visitors, hosting Thanksgiving dinner gathering at this home, just few weeks away before this stay and none of the issues above was mentioned during their entire stay related to water pressure, internet or heat/air issue or bugs/pest and gave their stay 5 stars review which posted in this VRBO platform. Your assessment about the Septic tank overflow is incorrect because the tank was service/emptied 2.5 weeks prior to your stay, but what we did found after your stay was a very bad news from the plumber showing us photos of excessive baby wipes clogging the pipes and the repair was very costly. In addition, the hot tub you are referring to is a full-size swim spa or swimming pool with spa feature, factory recommended heat setting of 97 F at max and is not meant to be heated over 104 F. Without cover as you left it, the pool quickly loses heat causing the auto-power working all day long triggering sudden surge of high-cost utility bill during your stay. This home is service by Active Pest Control on quarterly basis and always clean w/ every turnover. Internet issue you are having was due to Wifi button accidently turned off by one of your guests, which was resolved by Spectrum within 10 minutes. However, we did make improvement by adding extender after your stay for better coverage all around. To address 6.6K sf, the county tax record included the workshop, 4-car garage + housekeeping storage. The workshop & storage are not accessible to guest, but everyone can enjoy the rest of the 6,000-sf space. The reader may not be aware of this, but this guest has already received 30% new listing discount + 10% weekly discount, totaling 40% off on peak Holiday as well as another $500 discount offered as courtesy to the guest, but it was rejected along with threat of bad reviews coming our way if we do not agree to the outrageous refund amount requested, henceforth why this review was written. Overall experience with this guest was extremely stressful and as this guest mentioned in the review “they were very responsive” which displays that our team does care to response quickly to remedy the issue, which we did offered to send out plumber, but it was rejected with reason of interruption. We always strive to give our guest the best experience, but we can’t guarantee that unforeseen event would never happen with every single stay. However, we can guarantee that we will try our very best to resolve any unforeseen issues that may arise in timely manner because it is the core value of our business to be in the hospitality industry.
