This was the perfect spot for a trip with my daughter. Super easy access to and from the airport, the Mall of America and all the major routes to where you need to go. The neighborhood is great with several local businesses in walking distance if you like to walk a bit. The properly is perfect and the host, Ben, was great to work with. We didn’t need anything special when we were there but he was great with check-in info up-front. I highly recommend this spot for your next trip.
Great location, Comfortable during extremely cold days
We stayed in the apartment during a week of extremely days. It was veg comfort. The location was great because it was close to Trader Joe’s and some great restaurants.
We really enjoyed staying at this location—everything was self explanatory, clean and orderly. We had some trouble with check in and the host, Ben, was extremely timely and helpful in making sure we were able to resolve that. All amenities inside were great, the coffee maker was amazing. Thanks!
Our host, Ben, was very responsive and provided access details in a very timely manner. It was a very cold weekend, so we enjoyed being able to put together a couple of the available puzzles. The only complaint was the dishwasher didn’t work, which wasn’t a huge deal, just a minor inconvenience.
My friend and I had a great stay at the property. The place is cute and very unique. Beds were very comfortable and the place was clean. Highly recommend.
This property was perfect for our group. It was a lot more spacious that we were expecting which was nice! I definitely would recommend this place to others!
We rented the unit for a week while we were doing some remodeling work on our house. The rental was comfortable. The host was very helpful and communicated well when we needed to extend our stay a night. We live in the neighborhood and this is a good deal for the area. You will be a short drive from multiple shopping/restaurant nodes (Linden Hills, 50th and France, Uptown, and Excelsior Ave), can walk a half mile to the co-op for groceries and a bunch of restaurants, and are in biking distance to Bde Mka Ska and the chain of lakes. You are also right on the bus line to downtown.
It was my mom and I visiting family for the week. Home is well stock, 2 different types of coffee makers (great for coffee lovers) multiple pillows on the bed and more stocked in the closets. Beds were heavenly! Easy to maintain temperature control. Nice to have 2 TV to catch up on shows. Would absolutely stay again. Oh, and a cute co-op market within walking distance.
The place was perfect for us! Clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Above all, however, Ben was the BEST host! He was easy to communicate with and so thoughtful! He even bought a noise machine for our 2yo daughter anticipating her naps :)) We would definitely say here again! Thanks Ben for everything!!!
Clean and well-appointed simple home with comfy beds and everything you need. Location is within a short distance of the lakes and other fun areas. Really enjoyed our stay.
We enjoyed our stay. Parking in back was easy, and we enjoyed both the spaciousness and coziness of the home, particularly the upstairs. We especially appreciated how well-provisioned Ben's place was, from the ample coffee to laundry detergent in the event we needed to wash clothes. Ben also struck a good balance of being friendly and available to answer questions while also respecting our privacy.
This house met and exceeded all of our needs during our brief stay in Minneapolis. It was extremely comfortable, well stocked, very spacious for our family of four, and full of thoughtful little touches that helped make our experience highly enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.
My husband and I stayed at this property most of a week, in August. We were visiting family and vacationing. We found this rental very spacious, with an upstairs and downstairs. We did not use the downstairs, but it also had a kitchen, and would be great if teens were traveling with parents. Since it was quite warm on many of the days, the central air-conditioning made us feel comfortable, and there were two bedrooms toward the back of the rental, so little traffic noise, only some noise at times from planes getting ready to land. Ben was very accommodating, and we were happy with our stay.
This property had a great price point given its proximity to the city. Located in a beautiful, established neighborhood close to several parks. Grocery store within walking distance (15 min). Interior was clean and beds were comfortable. Host was very communicative -- would stay again!
Clean, roomy and comfortable accommodations.
Appreciate the coffee to start our mornings. Kitchen was well stocked.
Owner responsive to inquiries throughout our stay.

Like all hosts, I love to travel and make sure my guest have a great experience while staying at my house (well, Ruby's house..)
Why they chose this property
The beds are comfy, the neighborhood is one of the best in the Twin Cities and I take great care to ensure a great stay while you are in town.
(Are those fresh flowers?! ..Yes)
What makes this property unique
I charge a fair price and take pride in my home and your stay. I live right next door and do all the cleaning myself - If something goes wrong, you work with me, not some management company.
