Tucked into a private nook of mature trees, enjoy a view of the Cascades River while you relax after exploring the incomparable North Cascades. Whether out on the deck experiencing the wild and scenic Cascade River with a morning coffee or under the stars from the 3 person wood fired hot tub, this is a river cabin like no other. Enjoy plenty of room for the family to stay comfortably with high speed internet, streaming entertainment and board games while maintaining the off-grid cabin feeling.
Two bedrooms each feature queen sized beds, one up a set of stairs, one on the ground floor adjacent to the full bathroom with a step in shower. Well lit for reading, each room has tables beside the bed and room for hanging and folding clothing and storing luggage.
The comfy living room couch pulls out to accommodate two more sleepers on a queen sized pull out bed and a cot can be placed in the upstairs bedroom for up to seven guests.
Prepare full meals in a well appointed kitchen or cook over a flame out on the propane grill. Enjoy your meals on the deck cafe table or around the dining room table with seating for six and a view of the Cascade River. Treat yourself to s’mores around a campfire or gather around a movie with some popcorn on a rainy night at the Cascade River Cabin.
The three person wood fired hot tub next to the outdoor wood stove will provide an evening under the stars you will be talking about for years to come. Be prepared to stoke the fire early in the day to warm the tub for a night time dip.
The large deck and yard provide plenty of room to run with your dog and to have a private campfire.
Guests can access the whole property with the exception of the utility sheds but should avoid going closer to the river than the deck railing and fencing for safety reasons. This property only hosts one rental, the cabin, which is exclusively for your use.

3. IMPERFECT LISTING DISCLOSURE a. This listing is a vacation home we share with others when we are not using it. We are not a 5-star hotel facility, and we are not perfect. From time to time, mistakes and nature happen. We are located near the North Cascade Mountains, where there is wind, storms, snow, ice, insects and wild animals. Dust and dirt on the deck are inevitable, and dust on surface areas of the interior of this listing is also inevitable, as our guests frequently open the doors to enjoy the view and breeze. Insects and bugs may also enter from the outside, which may be out of our control. While our cabin is beautiful, it is not brand new. Many people have enjoyed this cabin over the years, and there may be scratches, blemishes, or discolorations on the furnishings and fixtures throughout the space. While our housekeepers always strive to do their best, we are all human and unfortunately, imperfect. From time to time, you may find a hairband behind the cabinet, hair on the floor, or a piece of trash that we accidentally missed, etc. Please do not book our cabin if these types of mishaps and discoveries will make your stay any less than a 5-star experience.
b. Upon checking into our cabin, please advise us of any and all conditions that are below your expectations via platform messages, within 1 hour of checking in (even if it’s late at night), to give us the opportunity to fix the issue as soon as we can. Unless we receive a message detailing any issues within 1 hour of your check-in, it is agreed that you acknowledge the cabin is to your satisfaction upon check-in.
4. GUEST COMMUNICATIONS a. Guest agrees to communicate any issues directly to the host via hosting platform messages as soon as they occur.

Such a beautiful cabin! The river right out back was amazing and the views breathtaking! Cozy and clean. I stayed here with my husband and 2 girls, none of us wanted to leave! The hot tub was a family favorite and there is great hiking nearby. Thank you, we would love to return sometime!
We had a great stay. The home is situated right along the river - creating a peaceful and relaxing setting. We were there to visit North Cascades National Park and the location was perfect in that regard. We appreciated the responsiveness of the host and the coffee!

The river and waterfall views were special. The kitchen was more than sufficient, but be careful of the smoke alarm! Everything was very comfortable and the host was helpful. Just 15 miles to the NP.

We're so glad you loved the view! It's is pretty special!
We loved being in the river! The cabin did have some quirks, the smell was old! The river and trees made up for it.

We just don't have that new cabin smell after 50 years. ;) But the gorgeous river and incredible tree views through every window is such an amazing treat. Thank you for staying with us!
Very scenic riverside cabin near plenty of good hikes. Smores provided by the host were very fun to cook up over a fire, and the sound of the river provided an ambiance for sleeping and relaxing to. You could smell the wood of the cabin and it is clearly very well looked after.

We're so glad you found our cabin relaxing and clean. We hope to host you again soon!
We had a great stay here for a weekend hiking trip. The cabin was cozy, comfortable, well equipped, very clean inside and out, and super-convenient for the Sahale Glacier Camp and Hidden Lake Lookout trails. The pictures do not do justice to the fabulous setting on the river. We loved sitting out on the deck with the river roaring a few feet away.
This cabin is a dream come true. Sitting overlooking the Cascade River what can be better. Unfortunately, we were not able to get into the North Cascade Park because of fire, but still, plenty of good hikes.

Thank you for your lovely review! I’m thrilled to hear that you found the cabin to be a dream come true and enjoyed the views of the Cascade River. I’m sorry to hear about the park closures due to the fire, but I'm glad you were still able to find plenty of great hikes in the area.
We’d love to welcome you back for another stay, hopefully with access to the park next time!
The picture of the river on the listing do not do it justice - it looks like a little stream in the listing, but no, it’s a narrow whitewater portion of the river with a little waterfall, right off the back deck! The sound helped me sleep like a rock. Nice cabin in a good location to accessthe west side of North Cascades National Park.

Thank you for your wonderful review! I’m thrilled to hear that the river exceeded your expectations and provided such a soothing atmosphere for your stay. It’s fantastic that you found the cabin to be a nice retreat and appreciated its location for accessing the West side of North Cascades National Park.
We’d love to welcome you back anytime for another relaxing getaway!
The reviews did not lie! This cabin truly possesses a magical quality. The setting is unreal—the river and mossy trees provided the perfect backdrop to a relaxing vacation near N Cascades Natl Park. We loved the wood-fired hot tub, deck, and well-appointed kitchen for making meals at home before and after hiking. The white noise from the river through the open windows was the cherry on top.
The location near Marblemount was very convenient for all the hiking we did in the park. (The Cascade Pass/Sahale Arm hike was a once-in-a-lifetime hike! Do not miss!)
Thanks to Kristin for her responsiveness and clear directions before and during our stay. We would love to come back someday!
Very cozy cabin. The cabin had comfortable beds and a great location next to the Cascade river. We enjoyed the rushing river sound. This is the closest area to the Cascade pass trailhead which was one of the hikes we wanted to do on our visit to the North Cascades National Park.
