Beautiful home W/Pool, Spa, Fire pit & Outdoor grill.

Beautiful home with pool and Spa(hot tub), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It’s located in a quiet safe neighborhood. It’s close to shopping and dining. This home is located 1.5 hours from Yosemite park. The spa can be heated for an additional chargue $ 70per night. The pool can be heated for an additional chargue $350 per day . HOUSE RULES Only registered guests are allowed.
. Absolutely no parties/events. If such activity is observed, you’ll be asked to leave without refund,
• Quiet time between 9 PM and 8 AM.
* NO PETS, if pets are found on the property a $600 deep clean fee will apply in addition to the $198 cleaning fee and guests asked to leave with no refund, no exceptions, OWNERS occupy the home part time and are HIGHLY ALLERGIC.
• Do not use the Premises for any illegal activity.

• Guest should dispose of garbage in the trash can outside before checkout.

• Turn lights off when away.

• Turn lights off before check-out.

• Clean your dirty dishes and kitchen utensils if used before check-out.

• Do not use white towels, sheets and pillowcases to clean up makeup. Black makeup towels are provided for you to use. If you stain any white towels, bed sheets or pillowcases, you will be charged a fee up to $200.00 for cleaning or replacing them.

• Do not use the white towels for the pool. Additional towels for the pool are provided.

• No lifeguard on duty

• Please obey all pool rules on posted signs.

• No children under the age of 18 in the pool without adult supervision
. Don’t remove the pool vacuum. The vacuum is essential to maintain the pool water clean. Is the vacuum is removed, additional charges will be applied.
• If you cannot swim, do not get in the pool without supervision
. Must check out on time (11am) if extra time is needed an extra fee of $65 per hour will be added
• Do not walk inside the house with soaked clothes

• If air mattress are used, put them away before check-out.

• If BBQ grill was used, please clean it.

• Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest.

• If any of the house rules are broken, there will be a $200 charge to the guest for breaking each rule plus the cost to remedy any damages or extra cleaning cost.Only registered guests are allowed.

Sergio was very responsive whenever I text. The house is amazing clean, well decorated with all the amenities. The yard is wonderful with the pool and formal grilling area. I had a large family and this help keep them all together

Great property in Fresno

Stayed with a family of 8. The house had plenty of room and beds for all. The pool in the backyard was a great space to cool off and hang out at night. Management was super attentive to any questions we had throughout our stay!

Amazing stay!

Very beautiful home. It was very warm during our stay so the pool was very welcoming. Sergio was so helpful and responsive when the AC was struggling to keep up with the heat. Got it fixed in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

This was truly an awesome place to stay!! I give it a 10/10!! Sergio was so quick to reply and very pleasant to work with. This home would be great for larger families as well. But it was so nice for our family of 4 to give everyone their own space as it was a busy vacation of sight seeing.

Had a great experience. House was clean and spacious. Sergio was very helpful and responsive. We needed a rice cooker and he was very accommodating on providing that for us.

Perfect for our Family

We came to Fresno for a Family Reunion and our and my brothers family stayed here. It was perfect for our families. The kids enjoyed the pool, the kitchen and outdoor grill were great to cook big meals, the rooms were clean and comfortable. There were plenty of towels, including pool towels. The bathrooms had adequate toiletries, washroom had detergent and kitchen had soap, towels, dishes and utensils. WiFi worked great for laptops, phones and tv. We had a great stay.

Wonderful home!

This property is so clean and comfortable. Owners are great to work with. Only complaint, we paid to have the hot tub heated but he only turned it in when we asked. Then we had to wait for it to heat each time. Otherwise completely lovely!

Beautiful home with all the necessities

Our group of 16 stayed in this home, it was the perfect size for what we needed. There was plenty of space, the house layout was great.. bedrooms were all in the back of the house, which gave individuals the quietness they needed during the day or early evenings. Bathrooms were fully stocked and clean. There was plenty of towels for indoors and outdoors. There was a washer and dryer, with detergents already in stock. Which we fully appreciate. The pool was fun for our young ones and kept them entertained. Check out process was easy and we didnt need to do a million things before leaving, which was a huge bonus, since we left early morning. The only small struggle we had was there wasnt big serving plates or bowls to eat family style. So we made do with what we had. We definitely will book again in the future.
