About this property

3 Bedroom Cottage with feel of being in nature.

Summary:
Newly constructed unique cottage includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, covered porch with dining table, grill and a firepit. Very secluded property with lots of mature trees but still close to shopping and attractions. The Cottage is located behind the main house on the right side but is completely separate from the main house. It has dedicated parking and space to relax and enjoy nature. The driveway for the cottage is shared with the main house.

The Space:
The cottage offers one Master bedroom with a King bed with an ensuite bathroom. There are two other bedrooms with Queen beds and a full bathroom in the hallway. All bedrooms have tv's. There's a covered porch to sit and relax under, a grill for cooking out and a firepit to enjoy evenings outside. The driveway for the cottage is shared with the main house. Once you turn in you will see a sign the says WESLEY COTTAGE with an arrow showing you to stay to the right and you will see the cottage and your parking area.

Guest Access:
Key Pad is located on the backdoor which is located around the side under the covered porch. When you walk up you see two double doors keep
going around to the side. Located on the door is the key pad. To light it up touch the bottom left corner and then put in your code. You should
receive check in info 48 hours before check in. If you don't please let me know.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet and peaceful three acre lot with neighbors on each side of the house but spacious enough for privacy.

Other Things to Note:
Guest have access to all space around the cottage. the tennis court is for kids to play on.

This was our second stay at the cottage while visiting family in the area. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed, and it was convenient to get groceries and takeout. The plus side of the home is that it is pet friendly. Mike, the host, was super responsive to our questions. We will certainly stay at the cottage again when we return to the area in the future.

Very comfortable modern home.. everything was there. Love the fire pit outside… very peaceful and quiet. Mike the host was very accommodating… very friendly and goes above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Definitely will be coming back!

We really liked the Wesley Cottage. It was beautiful and in great share and clean. The only negative would the the boxed out area in the bathroom that is filthy on top and when we opened the kitchen drawers there was garbage and crumbs. Also, the ceiling fan light in the master bedroom didn’t work. And even though the bedrooms didn’t have closets we really appreciated the bars to hang clothes in. Would def stay again!

Wedding Weekend Retreat

This is a fantastic property. Clean and cozy, super cute, and has all of the amenities. Loved the feeling of being secluded and in the woods even when it is so close to local stores and other venues. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms and kitchen are beautiful. It's a great location and we will definitely be back!

Great Getaway

Our family of three really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was quiet and peaceful. The location was perfect close to stores where we could get everything we needed. Perfect location in a grove of oaks

We needed a close location while we cared for our elderly parents who were experiencing a health crisis. This cottage was located just a short drive away which was so helpful. Even better, it was a calm, clean, tranquil getaway set in a grove of oak trees that gave us respite when we were not in crisis mode. We appreciated the chocolate kisses, and the coffee was excellent.

Great property

We were surprised & delighted that the host provided coffee, creamer & sweetener. The beds were very comfortable. Nicely decorated with all the amenities. Perfect for the 6 of us. Would consider staying again the next time we're in the area visiting family. Though located on the same property as another rental the little cottage was perfectly tucked back from the other home & the road.
