NOISE ALERT: As of May 31, 2024, a new restaurant and bar will open directly below this suite on the ground level of this building. In the evenings, music will play. If you are a light sleeper, this will not be the best suite for you. Ask us about other suites we have in this same building that are set away from the street and/or quieter.

We provide parking with 24-hour In/Out access for (1) vehicle in an enclosed parking structure that's (1) block away. You will check in first to receive our parking pass
OUR PET POLICY
You are welcome to bring your pet dog or cat. We do charge a simple $50/pet extra cleaning fee (Service Animals included). This cleaning fee is charged to give additional attention to the unit upon departure. This avoids any potential allergic reaction from the next guest(s). Your pet(s) are able to be walked around the block as needed. The fee can be paid upon Check-In. Thank you for your understanding

Located in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter, this apartment is within walking distance to many of the restaurants, cocktail bars, nightclubs, theaters and shops that cluster around Downtown San Diego - There is music at night like any urban entertainment district. The SD Convention Center and Petco Park are minutes away.
BEDROOM AREA: Open layout throughout - Furnished with a very comfortable queen-sized bed. Bedding is cleaned for every guest. The queen-sized bed accommodates two people. In addition, there are also (2) full-size beds

BATHROOM: Fresh, clean towels are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash are also provided. A hairdryer is also available.

KITCHEN: Guests are welcome to make use of the kitchen to cook and store food in the fridge. Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots, pans, and other miscellaneous cooking tools. Coffee machine with complimentary coffee (regular, flavored, decaf) sugar, provided for guests.

LIVING ROOM AREA: Living room has a Smart TV Plenty of seating in the living room with a large, comfy couch and a large chair. A nice Dining Table also doubles as an excellent workstation and has seating for 6 people. In addition, there is a full-sized bed
