More details, please

While the house was perfect for the size of our group, it would have been nice to know there was no ventilation in the Harry Potter room. The kitchen while spacious, was not well stocked. Loved having a pool on location, if there was a way to make it cooler we would have done that! The neighborhood pool was amazing. Wish we knew how difficult and how much time it could take to enter the neighborhood. Target is close by and we frequented it often as the one fridge could not keep enough food for our large party, especially with two shelves missing. Loved being on the end/cul-de-sac as we were able to play pickleball most afternoons. This location is very close to Disney and outlet stores!

Hi Robert, thank you for your feedback. We are glad the house was perfect for your group size and that you enjoyed the convenience of the pool and the neighborhood amenities. We are addressing the ventilation issue to ensure a better experience for future guests. We also appreciate your patience with the neighborhood entry process and will work on providing clearer instructions. It's great to hear you enjoyed the close proximity to Disney and the outlet stores. We hope to have the opportunity to host your group again and provide an improved experience.
