Sugar Mountain Beauty

This Sugar Mountain condo was perfect for our family! Plenty of space, everything we needed, and conveniently located! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & can’t wait to visit again!

Decent but could be way better!

Unit itself is pretty decent. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms seemed pretty clean. They do not clean under couches or behind dressers or TV stands. There were crumbs, game pieces, hair, dirt and god knows what else under them. Had to wash all the silverware and dishes because it looked like it hadnt been washed in awhile. The keurig needs to be deep cleaned or thrown away because I tried to clean it as good as I could but there were still old crusty coffee grounds coming through into my coffee. They do have a regular coffee pot but it took me 20 mins to find the lid that was stashed underneath spatulas and spoons and nowhere near the actual coffee pot. A/C was turned off at the breaker. The code they gave for the wifi was incorrect and when we asked for the actual server and password they had no clue. I finally looked through some cabinets and found a box that had the actual login information. The parking is a nightmare. Vacasa never let us know that only owners could park up at the actual building. All guest have to park at the bottom lots and take a shuttle everytime you need to go to your car. I will say the shuttle drivers were very friendly and polite though. Front desk was very helpful as well. If this rental was managed by someone other than Vacasa it would probably be way better.
