“Favorite Things” cabin. The perfect location to take in sunrises, sunsets, mountains, rivers, family, friends, dogs, nature, games and outdoor activities. This cabin is 5 minutes to downtown Blue Ridge and to Old Toccoa Farms golf course, 10 minutes to Lake Blue Ridge Marina and McCaysville. It boasts a high-end hot tub, large outdoor COVERED deck space, fire pit, outdoor and indoor fireplaces, views, and uniquely, a huge community river pavilion with a fire pit, gazebo, deck and 50 yards of river frontage. Home was featured on the 2019 Parade of Homes Tour.
