Excellent Condo

Excellent Condo equipped with everything we needed, Sylvia ensure we had a baby crib all set up for our little boy and came by with a baby bath for him. It's a great location, right on the beach and fun to watch the planes out back. We had a fantastic time! Will definitely stay again when we come back.

Convenient Location and Quaint Place to Stay

This unit is great. Very well equipped. Very large lift which was great for my two teens to stay in. All rooms have separate air conditioners and ceiling fans. Pool is large and clean. Beach is superb. I would definitely recommend and come back again. Close walking to all shops and restaurants and quick drive to airport. It is noisy for planes (and roosters) but that is the whole area - not just this unit.

The pictures you see on this condo are precisely what we experienced firsthand. Sylvia went out of her way to help us with our first experience in Saint Maarteen. She is a very gracious host and has every detail thought through so that a renter has every need met. We encountered a unique personal situation, and she graciously helped us out. 5-star experience!

A slice of paradise

My husband and I stayed here for a week for our Anniversary! This condo was everything you ask for! Fully stocked, super clean, comfortable with a fantastic view of the ocean and pool. We loved sitting on the balcony. The location was great, close to everything! Walkable to a lot. Our host Sylvia was amazing! Greeted us and even stopped by midway to see how we were doing! I would highly recommend staying here! 10 stars!

Perfect cozy condo and great communication!

Sylvia’s place was very clean and just as pictured. Perfect location, easy access to gorgeous Simpson bay beach and walk to the Main Street lined with restaurants, grocery stores, and nightlife. I never felt unsafe walking around the neighborhood. Simpson bay is pretty central itself and can get to Maho, Philipsburg, and Marigot within a short drive. Sylvia was great at communication and being readily available. Even when there was an issue (on my part, not the apartment) she was quick to assist. I would definitely recommend others to stay here and would return myself. Thank you, Sylvia!

Nicely Updated Property on Simpson Bat

The good: the unit has been tastefully upgraded and is spotless. The views from the condo out to Simpson Bay are wonderful and the property grounds including the pool area are very nicely maintained. The unit is well stocked and including beach chairs and an umbrella. Sylvia was a fabulous host and extremely responsive. The opportunities: the common space in unit is very tight. All dining seating (in and out) is high top only which was a challenge for us. Sylvia is candid in the listing about airport noise. We’ve stayed in Simpson Bay for years so we are familiar with the noise. However, this location was the loudest and the unit vibrated when the KLM and AirFrance jets took off. For guests that are looking to spend most of your time outside the condo, this is a great location, modern amenities and a very clean up to date property. Sylvia can’t be beat as a fabulous host.

Vacation in Paradise

We recently returned from a fantastic 21 day stay at Caribbean Breeze. The unit was spotlessly clean on arrival and the hosts were gracious enough to leave us a bottle of wine and some cold beverages. The kitchen is stocked with almost all of the pots, pans, dishes, utensils, small appliances, etc. that you would have at home. There is a nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, air fryer, blender etc. There were coffee filters, spices, olive oil, vinegar, etc. If you are planning on cooking you won’t be disappointed. There is also a great propane bbq on the balcony which overlooks beautiful Simpson Bay where you can dine and enjoy the view. Speaking of enjoying the view, there is a comfy daybed on this balcony which is a beautiful spot to lounge on day or night. The unit actually has three balconies, one of which overlooks the runway which is fabulous if you are an aviation geek. We worked remotely one of the weeks and the internet was super fast and reliable. The ac worked like a charm and the beds were king sized and very comfortable. In my opinion, the beach in front of the unit is the best on the island. The grounds and pool are meticulously cared for and we felt very safe and taken care of. Honestly, our stay was a 10 out of 10 and we hope to return next year!

The unit we rented was exactly as shown and all was working with one exception of a toaster oven which was rectified immediately.The property manager, Kapi, and owner, Sylvia, could not have done more to make our stay more pleasant. I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat.Thanks for hosting us and we hope to see you again.Richard

We host the sister condo Barefoot too, in the same complex, so if you plan on having 6 people or more ask if Barefoot is available. We are on the Island to tend to your best vacation experience. Book with us, you will be satisfied.

Our two story condo has three balconies all with a view. Facing the ocean, pool & airport, not only can you relax and watch the amazing ocean and pool, for fun you can watch the planes fly in and out.. Our entire top floor Master bedroom is spacious with a Penthouse type view looking over the blue ocean. Condo has some unique extras like a BBQ pit . Fiber Optic WIFI throughout condo. Magic jack phone and local phone at no extra charge. New washer & dryer, New stove, New convection oven. Newly renovated bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathrooms.
