Lemonada Refina, a 1920's home has been converted into a stylish experience! Centrally-located Lemonada Refina! Our sprawling deck boasts ocean views with room to relax and unwind. Your family can, literally, see you from the beach! You may not need your car the entire trip, there is so much walkability here.

Room for 6 guests upstairs (4 adults & 2 kids). Room for 2 more guests in the downstairs "Tom Cat Cellar" suite. The suite does have a full bathroom across the hall that is shared with the game room. Consider it a summer camp type bathroom. Downstairs game room, hammocks for relaxing, outdoor shower, small grill and 2 bikes. NEW Hot tub to accommodate 4 guests at a time.

Guests will have access to the entire home, excluding the manager closet upstairs and the garage area downstairs.

Walk to restaurants, bars, beach rentals. Beach is right across the street.

BRING bug spray, Flip flops & your own beach towels. There are mosquitos, sand fleas & sticky burr plants in all the grass in Galveston. We do not provide beach towels.

** Note: every stay over 2 nights will be charged an extra $40 hot tub cleaning fee for every 2 days on the property. This keeps the tub sanitary and in good condition.

Excellent location

We celebrated our daughter's Sweet 16 with her and some of her friends. Comfortably slept 8 persons. Very much enjoyed the interesting decor and the location was amazing. So close to everything but far enough down the seawall that traffic isn't has heavy as in other areas. Very short walk to restaurants and you can see the ocean from the front porch.Great Job Stephen!
