Family Vacation

We stayed here while visiting for our family reunion and it was PERFECTION! The apartment had incredible views and modern updates it was relaxing, peaceful and clean. 10/10 definitely recommend staying here. Great communication from friendly and helpful host. Thank you!!

Great location

Appreciated the location most! Just minutes from Ithaca and many hiking options. The kitchen had enough comforts of home to make meals and eat in. A few minor issues were quickly handled by the owner, including noting that the water filter in the fridge indicated a need for replacement. The owners left the filter as is but brought us bottled water. Future guests should know there are stairs to enter the guesthouse. The view is stunning.

A short visit to Ithaca

Although we arrived late, the house was clearly marked. All was very nice and comfortable. Our only regret was that we did not have time to enjoy the deck. Lovely views, whether for watching the sunrise 🌄 with your coffee, or wine in the evening . We highly recommend this property for a visit to the Finger lakes

Perfect getaway

This place was better than expected. The place was decorated tastefully. The owners thought of everything, right down to the dog treats and IPhone chargers. I couldn’t be happier! It gets a 10+++++!

Peaceful stay in Newfield, New York

We spent 5 days at our VRBO in Newfield. The unit was clean, well-appointed, without being "fussy". The setting is quiet and peaceful and we loved the owners' dogs on the property, who regularly came up to greet us. The setting is remote enough to be a retreat, but not too far from attractions in the area such as fishing and wineries. We found a very nice IGA in Spencer for groceries. We truly enjoyed our stay !

Very cute place rental and convenient to Cornell. Price was very reasonable. We would recommend this place to others and definitely stay here again. Some extra amenities would be a very nice addition such as having some extra TP, hand/ dish soap (shower soap was empty), paper towels, napkins, etc. There was coffee which was awesome-- we had brought our own so we were all set. The sheets on the bed slid off at night- better sheets would make for a nicer experience as well. Overall, it was fantastic!

The Best Stay

A beautiful property. Welcoming and a pleasant. A very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Operator responds immediately Wonderful views! Enjoyed the wild life (turkeys, deer, bullfrogs!).

Nice hidden spot close to vineyards

We spent one night here while eclipse chasing. It has a well stocked kitchen, available grill on the porch, and well located between Ithaca and Watkins Glen. Good choice for an overnight, and dog friendly.

Beautifully decorated apt above a garage with gorgeous views! Well appointed, had everything we needed. Jacob was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would absolutely stay there again. Not far from Ithaca college but nicely removed on a quiet road.
