Enjoy the ocean air at Blue Breeze, a beautiful beach cabin just a short walk to the sand. Built in 2021, this nautical-inspired getaway sleeps 14 lucky guests, in style. High-end finishes and beautifully appointed rooms in this quiet neighborhood will leave the whole crew rested. Centrally located near great fishing, birdwatching and of course, playing on the beach.

**The Highlights**
1. Drive your truck along 27 miles of coastal waters. Parking and camping require a beach pass (available at local ACE hardware for $10 annually). Keep a close eye on children.
2. Sleeps 14 in 4 well-appointed bedrooms: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Triple Bunk room (Queen + 3 twins), and 1 Double Bunk room (2 Full over Full bunks). Smart TVs in each room (log into your streaming account and enjoy!). Beds are all made with clean linens upon your arrival.
3. 3.5 bathrooms: 2 roll-in showers + 1 shower/ tub combo, Jack and Jill style; a toilet room off the living room

5. Modern, high-end kitchen comes stocked with 2 refrigerators and special touches such as a 32-inch gas stovetop, a double-oven, a coffee bar, cocktail bar and an under counter dedicated icemaker.
6. Pedestal charcoal grill (bring your charcoal and long lighter!) and charcoal smoker. We count on our guests to clean after use.
7. Spacious 962 sq ft deck, 8 Captain’s chairs (with cupholders!) where you can watch and listen to the ocean waves.

15. No smoking, no parties. We love our pups but please, no pets in this house.

**The Details**
Located in the popular Holiday Beach subdivision, this beach cabin is ship-shape. Just off the kitchen you will find the Primary bedroom (King bed), spacious en-suite and roll-in shower; this special room is easily identified by the 3 stunning stained-glass porthole-inspired windows. The Queen room is just off the living room, also with its own en-suite, roll-in shower and stained-glass décor. Adjacent is the Double Bunk room with 2 sets of Full over Full bunks (4 beds), followed by the Triple Bunk room that contains a triple bunk (3 Twins) and a Queen bed. The Double and Triple Bunk rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. All bedrooms come equipped with Smart TV’s, built-in dressers and comfortable memory-foam mattresses. Marine-grade towel hooks are featured throughout the house, and the tankless water heater means there’s always enough warm water for you and your crew.

You’ll find a full-size washer/dryer located in the hallway, conveniently right outside the bedrooms.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream. In addition to the high-quality cookware and bakeware that we provide, including many items from Pampered Chef and the special touches as noted in the highlights above, the kitchen overlooks the deck, so the designated chef is treated to ocean views while prepping meals. If you choose to grill, we provide a sizeable charcoal grill that also faces the ocean. Dine at one of our 2 picnic tables: deck-side or downstairs. Spread out and enjoy time with family and friends, finding seashells and shark teeth, fishing, driving along the beach or just pure fun in the water.
