Other Things to Note:
**AC: We remove the window air conditioner before the winter comes. This prevents cold air from entering during cold weather and protects the window unit from damage caused by snow and ice.**
We want you to feel right at home during your stay, so we kindly ask you take note of the following:
- Please be mindful of other tenants and keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours.
- For certain bookings, we may require additional screening, government ID, and a security deposit.
- If you encounter any issues during your stay, please let us know so we can address them right away.
- To ensure your comfort, we install air conditioning units during the summer to keep the space cool and enjoyable. As temperatures drop in the cooler months, we remove the units to maintain energy efficiency.
- Hot Water System: The property uses a boiler system that heats water on demand. Hot water may take a moment to reach full temperature during high usage or colder weather. For safety, the boiler may reset temporarily if irregularities occur.
- Heating System: The heating operates automatically, activating below 68°F and cycling off when the set temperature is reached. Radiators lack individual controls, so heat output can't be adjusted manually. As outdoor temperatures drop, the boiler runs more frequently to maintain indoor comfort.
Thank you for choosing our apartment for your stay. We hope you have a wonderful visit and enjoy your time here!
