The space
Our home comfortably accommodates 6 people: two people on a comfortable king-size bed in the master bedroom loft style upstairs on the second floor, and two people in the second bedroom, on the first floor, on a cozy queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress, and two more people on the modular sofa (single person air mattress provided if more space is needed also). Clean bed sheets and blankets are provided with every stay.

There are 2 full bathrooms stocked with hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, and more. The master bathroom is spacious and has "his and hers" sinks for couples.

Take advantage of our fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel pots, pans, and utensils. We have all cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil), coffee, and tea available for you and your family.

Further, we provide Cable TV, wireless internet, unlimited access to a washer and dryer (we provide detergent), iron and ironing board.

The apartment is centrally located in downtown Miami, one block from the newly built Brickell City Centre, surrounded by the Miami Circle National Historic Landmark, a small park, and the Miami River. We are walking distance from Whole Foods Market, Bayfront Park, American Airlines Arena, Brickell City Centre, and over 100 restaurant and bar options.

This apartment is also a 5-minute drive from the Port of Miami and Adrienne Arsht Center. From the Miami International Airport, only a short 15 minute drive.

You and your family will have access to the entire apartment. Everything you see inside the cabinets and closets are for you to use - kitchen supplies, cooking essentials, coffee, tea, toilet paper, clean towels and sheets, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hairdryer, iron, and more! We will go above and beyond to make your stay feel just like home.

Steven was great and the loft was even better! It was the best possible area for Miami, nothing more you can ask for. Easy access to everywhere (south beach, airport, brickell centre, restaurants/bars at walking distance). I will definitely be back soon!

Girls Trip

Overall the property was as listed, location right in the heart of downtown. It was very easy to get around from this location and there were a few restaurants in walking distance. We did have to wait for the receptionist to verify our ID’s, which took about 15-20 minutes of waiting in the lobby.

Great Place, awesome view

Very happy with our stay. The place was excellent, clean and as described. We were busy going to and from there and the vallet parking was easy but $30 a day. My only complaint is we were told at the front desk that we could not use the pool. Luckily we weren't there enough to swim but we were bummed about not being able to swim there.

Inaccurate listing

The property was decent and well taken care of in a great location. However we quickly found out the access to amenities was only for tenants and residents, and we were considered “guests”. The building only allows rentals at a minimum of 30 days so our 5 day rental was not even within the building guidelines. We spent 3 days in a row in the management office trying to gain access through the main front door, parking garages, and to the amenities shown in the listing. Thankfully the building management allowed us to use the amenities but it was still a pain due to our fob not working anywhere and having to have a new phone app for security that we did not have access to.

WHAT WE ENJOYED 1. Amazing city views! 2. Excellent location, in an upscale building. 3. Two pools, and a gym! 4. Great communication from the host throughout our stay. 5. It’s a very clean and beautiful loft! WHAT CAN BE IMPROVED 1. Five of us stayed there, but you left us two wash cloths and no extra towels for the pool. 2. Please consider providing a dish strainer, an ice tray, nose tissue, one extra roll of paper towels, and extra garbage bags - at least two for each day booked. 4. Consider applying foam wrap around the metal bed frame posts, because we all banged our toes on them, and it REALLY hurts. 5. The coffee may have expired. It did not taste right. 6. It took two days, and an in person meeting with the building manager for us to get access to the pools and the gym.
