The room was very nice and clean. It did get a little hot at times when the AC got behind during the day, but never to an unmanageable level. Overall, I was very comfortable and very happy with my month long stay.

The space was great for what we needed! Lots of fridge space! Only a few pots and pans/eating utensils. If you plan to cook food, might want to bring containers such as salad/serving bowls.

The Loft was perfect for us. Will definitely book again! Spacious, with full kitchen, two big tvs, large bathroom — and a VERY, very comfortable mattress…Upon arrival, we had a small issue with the passcode in. But, Samuel, the host, showed up immediately (we were entering the code incorrectly, of course). We travel to Birmingham frequently. So, we’ll definitely book there again.

Fabulous!

We played baseball at the Hoover Met. Perfect location in the middle of Hoover and Birmingham! SOOO much better than a hotel room!! Host Sam is the best!! Very helpful and attentive!! Will definitely be back next year. Highly recommended!!

Quite comfortable

Plenty of space. I stayed for almost a month. I cooked, did laundry, and made myself at home. It’s quick to 65, many restaurants, and 10 minutes from downtown. Plus it was secure. I did use the fan to lower outside noise.

Interesting Location

The location was interesting because it was in office space. It was safe because who would think that this space would hold mini apartments. It needs to be said that there are 3 flights of steps to get to said space with no elevator. I usually travel with my elderly parents who would have NOT been able to make it back and forth up those stairs. It was perfect for 1 person or adults only for a quick weekend or no specific requirements that one may have with children. Please have matching towels and washcloths for future guests and silk pillow covers are not very sanitary in my opinion. I still enjoyed my single mom weekend stay.

Cozy in Glen Iris

Room was comfortable, two full size beds and plenty of space in the kitchen. Worked remote while there. Fairly quiet but used a fan to dampen outside noise. Property manager very attentive and cordial. Very much a great place to stay centrally in Birmingham. Would highly recommend.
