This grand property offers 4 bedrooms in the main house, 1 bedroom in the casita, 4 ½ baths and a large resort style backyard!

Behind the distinctive blue gate is the ultimate vacation property. Midcentury modern inspired furnishings welcome you as you enter the threshold in the spacious dining area. Wood paneling accented wall defines the living room.

The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors allow for an indoor-outdoor living and view of the pool so you are not isolated from the outdoor action.

Watch TV from the kitchen while preparing meals in the open layout. The kitchen is well-appointed, and the large quartz countertop is a perfect spot to gather around, prep and serve those delicious meals.

Wallpaper accents lend a unique character to each bedroom. Striking geometric tiling in bathrooms compliment the bedrooms. The primary ensuite features a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads and mood lighting.

Easy access from the kitchen to the large built-in grill outside. Delight in in the pool fountains and waterfall cascading while cooking up burgers and steaks. Enjoy dining al fresco by the poolside in the outdoor dining table with umbrella.

Lounge by the pool or sip wine and relax in the shade under the large pergola while gazing at the view of the mountains and palm trees.

Have a friendly competition of ping-pong, and corn hole before dipping in the pool while the afternoon drifts away. By nightfall, swap stories as you gather around the fire pit, and end the night by letting the jets massage you in the spa.

The casita has its own living, dining, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and separate bedroom.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $59 nightly or $295 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
