Beautiful remodeled home on a quite cul-de-sac in a great central Boise neighborhood. Hardwood floors in the television living area, comfortable carpet in the warm and inviting fireplace living area, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, and a 2 car garage. The huge fully fenced yard is great for spending the days or nights enjoying Boise's beautiful weather with your pets, your family, or just with a cup of coffee. Just steps away from shopping, grocery stores, cafes, coffee shops, gym, and restaurants. 10 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to The Village in Meridian, and only 10 minutes to the airport. Great for families, friends, and anyone coming to Boise for business, outdoor activities, and entertainment.

This is a non-smoking residence. Smoking is permitted outside on one of the many patios.

Centrally Located

Nice neighborhood. Close (but not too close) to the airport, The Peregrine Fund's World Center For Birds of Prey, The Idaho Reptile Zoo and other attractions. Was also a good location for us for the family events we went to and the house was a good size for our family of 6 adults. The host was great to work with.
