Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

A few simple things before you head out: - Set the thermostat to 76°F (24°C) - Make sure doors and windows are closed and locked. - Log out of any personal accounts on the Smart TV.

No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the cabanas. No pets (service animals welcome) Quiet hrs: 10PM–8AM Flush toilet paper only — no wipes or other items.

If you need to take the trash outside, we have a green bin placed near the entrance.

NO SWIMMING, DIVING OR SNORKELING IN THE CANAL. Active boat traffic. No lifeguard, no supervision. Children must be supervised near water at all times

Exterior security camera at the front entrance records video and audio of the entry area only. No cameras inside units or any private area.

Quiet hours 10PM-8AM. One vehicle per unit. No grills, fire pits, candles or open flame. No fishing from dock or seawall. Flush toilet paper only.

We are a 1 minute drive or 5 minute bicycle ride to Pharmacies, Banks, Grocery Stores, Restaurants, Shopping, Gas Stations, Beauty Salons, Ice-cream Shops and anything else you might need. Key Largo is the first of the fabulous Florida Keys and is the self-proclaimed Dive Capital of the World. It is home to the world's largest artificial reef, the 510-foot USS Spiegel Grove, the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and the African Queen. Everglades National Park is just a short trip away from Key Largo. Diving, snorkeling and glass-bottom boating in the clear waters of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary are fantastic experiences. Watersport activities in Key Largo are plentiful, including fishing, kayaking and swimming with the dolphins. Or, just relax with a tropical beverage and watch the beautiful sunsets.
