No illegal activities or drug use allowed on or inside the property. No loud noise at 10 pm - 9 am. No smoking inside, there will be a $350 charge.

-Owners/hosts bear NO responsibility for any accidents . -Biweekly cleaning /charge is required for 28 days+stay.. -$25 for every 1/2 hr late ck out.

Pets are allowed $200 per pet fee. Please pick up pet's waste/ do not leave pets unattended or kennel if necessary. Late check out 1/2 hr =$30 .
