The unit and the place was very nice. We really enjoyed the hot tub. We tried to walk to the beach but it’s not really pedestrian friendly, with all the stuff we were carrying. We ended up getting the car and it was much easier.

Weekend getaway

We had a great stay. The place was clean, beautifully decorated, great amenities, and in a quieter part of the island. Our teenage kids had a lot of fun, as did we. The people that live full time there were extremely nice.

Great Stay

This property is lovely and very well maintained. It is mostly residents so we did feel a bit out of place with our 2 kids, probably wouldn’t recommend for families but if it were just adults it would be fine. The unit does get hot especially at night but they do provide powerful fans to set up in each room if needed. The pool was beautiful and the perfect temperature. The staff were really nice and helpful.

very minimal

clean condo. There are enough dishes for a family of four to use one time. They need to invest in more and better quality kitchen utensils. I cooked for three nights fresh seafood and made do, just would have been nice to have a heavy duty skillet.

AC was broken

AC was not working when we arrived. We lowered the AC and went to dinner when we returned it was still 80 degrees. We called the managing office/messaged and emailed. We did not get a response until the next day. We had to buy fans at the store to keep us a bit cool. We had a terrible night; thermostat read 80. The technician arrived around 2 -3 pm. That day was pretty much ruined. The fact that the AC was broken on the middle of the summer ruined our experience and vacation. The lack of communication played a huge role. The room didn’t even have ceiling fans.
