Charming and quaintly decorated hacienda styled villa located on the 7th hole of the Vidanta Golf Course. With 3 bedrooms each with a full bathroom including a large bathtub in the master bathroom with a half bathroom off the living area. There is a large casita in front of main home which is used as 4th bedroom. All appliances have been recently replaced as well as the pool equipment with a salt water treatment system. Conveniently located in the heart of San Jose del Cabo and walking distance to famous Art Gallery District.

Da was a great host! We felt right at home during our stay and we look forward to coming again sometime. We provided some feedback about housekeeping and a few other items that was well received and appreciated. All in all, the location was great and included walking distance to the city and a beach club resort that you can purchase access to on a day by day basis.

Really enjoyed this house

Really nice traditional house right on the golf course. Neighborhood was very nice and house was spacious and well appointed as described in the listing. Cleanliness could have been better at check-in. Communication with Da was quick and easy.

Great house in a great location! The pics do not do the house justice. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there’s also a half bath by the living room. 3 bedrooms in the main house, and the 4th bedroom is set apart in its own private little casita. The living room couch is perfect for groups- everyone has a place to sit. Kitchen was very well equipped with all cooking dishes and utensils. The pool was lovely to have and just the perfect size. Heated quickly. Da was extremely responsive about a few minor issues and very communicative. Sheets and towels were fine but would be a good spot to upgrade in the future. Definitely wonderful to have beach towels available in the house. One additional suggestion is an instruction sheet for the pool heater as well as the shower in the casita- a bit quirky balancing hot and cold. We would return! Thank you, Da and family!
