The home was clean and welcoming in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, etc. The huge fenced in yard was a hit with our dogs and the covered porch area was another living area to enjoy. The layout suited our is perfectly and each room had a tv with comfortable beds. The host was prompt and and welcoming ensuring our comfort and needs were priority. The only thing I found lacking was there were no bars on the bath to hang towels or any hooks or leg gage racks in bedrooms to set things on. There were bed side tables and the third bedroom had a console table but it would have been nice to have a hook to hang dog leash and coat, other than doorknob and ottoman or such to place odds and ends off the floor. And maybe a picnic table for the open patio off the bedroom or some chairs to sit on. Other than that very comfortable inviting cozy home. Would definitely stay again.
My husband and I stayed here from Jan 6-25 ,while waiting for our house to close .The house is in a wonderful neighborhood, off the road and very private ,the backyard is huge and was perfect for our 3 small dogs .The furniture is very nice and the place itself is very nice.My issue was with cleanliness,I don't know if the owners clean themselves our they pay somebody to clean, and I will give some examples ,the backyard ,my husband picked up a full shopping bag of dog poop ,and chemical pucks fr the hot tub ,thank God one of my dogs never ate that ,the BBQ was not cleaned or the space outside for eating ,the hottub had a brown rim around the top ,the cover was in need of a good cleaning, which we did and we had to fill it water and chlorinated it ,inside house we found a kids shoe behind the sofa, the cushions under the sofa were in desperate need of a clean, the floors I cleaned 3 times before water became clear and there was dogs hair an the bed linens we slept in.The microwave was also not cleaned. They do supply all the cleaning supplies but I went out and bought my own and cleaned myself what I seen. Now maybe my level of clean is different but this was my experience.I bring my own covers to put on furniture and my dogs are non shedding.I also took the huge rug I the living room and placed it in the garage while we were there in fear my boys might mark ,but again that's just me being respectful.Again my cleanliness level maybe 2 high for normal people ,they were very accommodating in other issues ,I didn't want the house sprayed while my boys were there and they agreed to not have that happen and I was really appreciative of that ,and I would go back and stay again
