About this property

A newly renovated home with a modern aesthetic. Everything has been hand-crafted and lovingly chosen for this custom designed home.

This rental is an attached ADU entirely separate from the host's residence and has it's own entrance. Only the front yard area may be considered a shared space with the host.

This rental is often booked out as individual bedrooms but is also available as a full rental through VRBO.
Please review the listing photos for a floorplan of the rental. Please make note that there is no living room space. The rental features a small kitchenette that is perfect for preparation of simple meals and light cooking.
Every bedroom has it's own private code lock.

The 4 beds will comfortably sleep up to 8 people. If you get cozy, they can support up to 12 people. Each bedroom has an additional foldaway twin sized cot that can sleep an additional 4 guests. We allow bookings up to 16 guests, but if you book a group this size I strongly suggest bringing sleeping bags or air mattresses with you. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to use the foldaway cots so that we can prepare them with proper linens for you.

The backyard is private and not guest accessible. The front yard is undergoing renovation will be available as a space to hang out/picnics once completed (estimated mid 2024). We are actively updating the home's exterior. It will gradually improve in appearance and amenities, but it is a slow process. Please be patient with our clutter as work continues through the year.

You will have access to ample street parking directly adjacent to the property. Driveway is private use for homeowner parking only.

Very clean and comfortable

Was clean and well labeled all around the house. Owner was helpful and welcoming which made it much more comfortable for us knowing it was safe and secure.

No parking disclosure

Our overall experience was very uncomfortable. There wasn’t any disclosure from the host that there wasn’t going to be parking at the property. The only notice provided was when we walked in after checking in that parking would be on the designated area on the street not the driveway. Our guest which consisted of few children as young as one and one with special needs parked to unload the cars and parked on the street every day for 5 days in triple digits. I felt like that should have been disclosed prior to booking. We would have reconsidered if only we knew. Once we checked out on the 5th day on our way back to our home which was over 7 hrs away we had car trouble. We found out there was a 2 inch drilled sized hole in the gas tank. I asked footage of the property where the incident happened but apparently the angle isn’t covering our cars or guest cars. I feel very uncomfortable and unsafe for others to have this experience happen to them. For our young family and guest this experience has very terrible. We were also unaware that the temperature wasn’t controlled by the guest. The triple digits in California for the week of July when we’re visiting we were unable to control the temperature. Only when we requested the temperature to be turned down to a comfortable digits it happened the next morning when we were already heading out to Disneyland. Our guest with a special needs child left early due to the heat sensitivity he struggled with. Theses are a few things to consider

Nice place to rest after a busy day of vacationing

We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the large bedrooms to rest in. There weren't enough towels, and the drawers were filled with unfolded laundry. But overall, it was a nice place.
