there is secure parking. newly remodeled. heated pool is protected for the wind. Easy access to mainland with bridge to avoid traffic on international blvd. Hot tub poolside. great view of the ocean. nice 1 mile walk to the Main Street pier. Well maintained property. This is a timeshare condo. week 9 has the beginning of bikeweek. Thursday friday and Saturday. Supercross Saturday night. Week 10 is full week of bikeweek festivities. weather is usually very good with temps around 80 degrees. Owned here for over 20 years.
