Come relax and recharge at The Perch on the Pond, the best kept secret on the Cumberland Plateau!

The Perch is a completely remodeled 3 bed/2 bath private home which sleeps 6 people maximum. There is a sleeper sofa in the sitting room.

We are a Pet Friendly retreat on a 13 acre private fishing lake which is restocked year round with bass, catfish, crappie, bluegill. We provide Kayaks and Paddleboards for guests.

We are located on Dayton Mountain between Dayton and Pikeville and within an hours drive of Chattanooga and Crossville. NOTE: We have one external camera at the driveway as you pull in facing the property.

David & Elizabeth fell in love with S.E. Tennessee years ago and especially the Cumberland Plateau with everything it has to offer. We are excited to share our home with people who love to explore and escape the city and just relax at the Perch on the Pond.

What makes this property unique

The Perch is a remodeled manufactured home located on a 13 acre fishing lake. The location is very quiet and peaceful.
The lake is pristine and great for swimming and fishing, motorized vessels are not permitted. There are two kayaks and one paddle board at the Perch for your use.
The yard has a fire pit, lawn chairs and an outdoor grill.
The Perch on the Pond is fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes, bedding, towels, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, two TV's, and hair dryer.
