Spring Break

Overall the property was amazing. The views are breathtaking. The beds were comfy and the beach service was fantastic. A few minor things with appliances but overall we were very happy with our stay! Thank you!!

Great place, AMAZING view!!! It was just my husband and I so it was more than enough space. Only complaint is the outlets in the main bedroom would not hold the plugs for the lamp or my charger, they kept falling out so I had to use the bathroom outlets. Minor but slightly annoying. The location is 10/10, we went to the outlets across the street which have good stores, I also love we were on the “calmer” end of Destin but minutes from the best restaurants and attractions. Saw dolphins from bed EVERY morning…..Would definitely book again.

The BEST condo in the whole place!

Our family (my husband, myself, and our teenage daughters 14&15) stayed for 7 days and this was the best location! 181 is beachfront, on the top floor with an elevator going directly down to the beach just steps from our door. The elevators in the building were not super busy like other places we’ve stayed, despite being there during 4th of July. The condo itself was GORGEOUS. The master bedroom was by far my favorite. The skylights were so nice to wake up to. The wrap around balcony was perfect! The beach itself was absolutely beautiful and the inclusive beach service was a nice perk. The beach service attendants were so accommodating and friendly. We only went to the pool once, because the beach was just so nice, but the pool area was good. The complex and private beach is very family friendly. The complex is completely private with a gate attendant at all times which was nice.We will DEFINITELY mark this condo for our future stays.
