*BEDROOM #1: Located on the main level, this room includes a King bed (lockable door for privacy), Ensuite bathroom w/washer and dryer, Roku TV and a private closet with luggage rack and large dresser.

*BEDROOM #2: Located on the 2nd floor, this room includes a King bed, lockable door for privacy, Roku TV, work desk, large dresser and a private closet with luggage rack.

*BED #3: Located on the 2nd level, you'll find a queen size Murphy Bed that folds directly over the sofa (please read instructions when opening), Roku TV, electric fireplace, curtains for privacy, board games and a small cabinet to store personal items. More storage for personal items can be found in the full closet in the upstairs bath.

*BED #4: Full size pullout sofa sleeper (coffee table can be placed to side). Please note this is located in the main living space and, therefore, is not private.

INCIDENTALS: Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash, Hand soap, dishwasher pods and starter TP/Paper Towels are provided. It is recommended that guests bring additional septic safe TP for longer stays. Coffee, coffee pods, and tea are always available for guests. We do not provide food items beyond salt/pepper and some spices.

SECURITY: It is essential to us that we provide a comfortable and secure home for our guests. An outdoor video and audio recording camera has been installed for your safety and to ensure property protection. Your keyless entry door code will be unique to you and will be active from the date of arrival at check-in time (4pm) to your date of departure at check-out (10am).

PLEASE NOTE: This is a true mountain home with winding, steep mountain roads and a steep driveway. We are not making this up... you will be in the mountains :) But the beauty of the mountains is unmatched!

Enmossed Stay Chalet is a private chalet located in the mountains of Chalet Village, 3 minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg & The Great Smoky Mtn. Nat'l Park with easy access to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood & many other famous local attractions. During your stay, you'll enjoy a unique, truly unmatched experience with thoughtful details in every space, the comfort of home with that distinctive Southern-style coziness Gatlinburg is known for.

You'll be submerged in a one of a kind Smoky Mountain experience with views of Mt. LeConte. Most days you'll receive visits from our local black bear families! Inside, vaulted ceilings and uniquely curated spaces set the tone for your relaxing getaway. Let the kids play arcades while you watch the sunset from the hot tub, enjoy a family meal while staring at Mt LeConte, watch the Ober Mountain trams glide up the mountain while listening to records or spend the day adventuring at one of the many nearby attractions!

Don't worry about stripping the beds, we'll take care of that! Used towels should be placed in the shower.
Trash should be placed in the bear proof bins located on the street. Please ensure they are shut completely and locked behind you.

We had an amazing stay, this chalet was so close to everything! The view was beautiful and the hot tub was wonderful after a long day of exploration. We had everything that we needed for our stay and felt very comfortable. There was an adorable chipmunk who visited every morning outside of the kitchen window and we were able to see a few families of bears pass by the street. A great place to stay and experience the area.

We liked that the cabin was very close to downtown and the national park. Its not too far up the mountain. The driveway is a little steep as mentioned. The hot tub was nice and relaxing and we enjoyed the mountain views.

My husband and I as well as our daughter and her family stayed at this cabin. We had a wonderful time. We did need to contact our host, but Leann was quick to reply. There was a slight issue with the dishwasher but we did not need it repaired, we washed up the few dishes we used by hand—-which was by our choice. Leann offered to have the dishwasher looked at but we declined. . The views are beautiful!We saw a mother bear and her 3 cubs one day and saw another lone bear the following dayThe hot tub was perfect and we had everything we needed. I would recommend this cabin!There are many games if your family likes to play board games. I would stay here again!A great time was had by all.

This was one of our best VRBO stays yet! This house is in a great location and the inside has been decorated and stocked so well. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. The hot tub was a very nice addition. We never even used the pools but they looked nice when we checked them out. We saw multiple bears and the kids loved it. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Incredible stay in Gatlinburg

We had an awesome time staying at the Enmossed Chalet. Leanne was a gracious host and gave us lots of information of things to do in the area. The Gatlinburg area was very fun and we really enjoyed Cades Cove, Kuwohi(Clingmans dome), and the beautiful scenery. We really enjoyed the hot tub, the fully stocked kitchen was a great help. And the Keurig machine got plenty of use. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

This Chalet was just as nice in person as the pictures online shown. This was a perfect mix of rustic and modern. A must stay if you thinking about a scenic Mountain View trip to Gatlinburg. We were able to see black bears directly from our windows. This Chalet was a 5 minute drive to downtown. The host LeAnne, made my family & I feel extremely welcome. We loved this place! The location was wonderful- it was easy to get wherever we needed to go. The cabin was clean and the owner was great with communication. I have absolutely no complaints. We loved our stay, the house was clean and lots of extra supplies. The kids loved the arcade machine. We had a lot of bear sightings which we all loved, I have been to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg 100s of times and have never been able to see a bear around the area! We loved this place and would recommend it to friends.

Why they chose this property

Enmossed Stay Chalet was designed around what we feel is the most beautiful feature of the Smoky Mountains; the moss. Surrounding yourself in nature can be truly calming. We wanted to encompass this feeling by bringing the beauty of the outdoors into this home, where guests can relax and not feel pressured by life's every day stresses.

This chalet was renovated from the foundation up, and done almost 100% with our own hands. We spent almost an entire year living in this home, rebuilding what was ready to be torn down and designing every layer of every room with our guests comfort at the forefront of each decision we made.

It's difficult to explain in words the way Enmossed Stay Chalet makes you feel when you step inside. You'll have to experience it for yourself :)

What makes this property unique

There are so many wonderful features to enjoy at this property. The mood of the chalet is incredibly inviting and there's something so comforting about being in the main room surrounded by grand picture windows. Being surrounded by nature, while having the luxury of the modern world is the absolute meaning of living your best life.

There's nothing more peaceful than enjoying a cup of coffee on the deck while staring at the mountains and listening to the birds sing in the morning. Relaxing in the hot tub with a glass of wine is the perfect way to unwind after a day of adventure. Watching the sunset during family game nights with the electric fireplace going is, hands down, what dreams are made of.

We have poured our heart and soul into every detail and are so grateful to be able to share this with our guests. There are many more memories to be made at Enmossed Stay Chalet and we hope that some of those will be yours.
