This stunning 1BR/2BA unit is located on the 31st floor (Penthouse Level) of the prestigious Signature at MGM and comfortably sleeps up to four adults in its King-sized bedroom and queen-sized sleeper sofa. From your penthouse level, be prepared for beautiful views of the town below and the mountains in the distance out the floor-to-ceiling windows! Also, this unit features a spacious private balcony, which sets it apart from most of the units here at The Signature.

The spacious king-sized master suite features a luxurious ensuite bathroom complete with a jetted tub, large shower, and double vanity.

The recently remodeled and well equipped kitchen is perfect for anything from midnight snacks to cooking a full meal. The large kitchen includes a Sub-Zero refrigerator, flat-top stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave.

In addition to the kitchen, the open living area features a breakfast bar (seats two), dining table (seats four), and living room with couch and entertainment center. The living room has a pull-out, queen-sized sleeper sofa (sleeps two) and entertainment center. If a group or family is using the unit, they are sure to appreciate the second full bathroom directly off the living room complete with a full-size shower.

MGM Grand & Signature Tower Amenities:

Your stay will include free valet parking at The Signature at MGM Grand. In addition, you'll have access to all of the tower and hotel amenities including 24/7 security, concierge, valet parking, all MGM pools, lazy river, fitness gym, and lobby bar.

This unit is directly connected to the MGM Grand via an interior walkway (ten-minute walk). If you are looking to be close to all of the action Las Vegas has to offer, but want a luxurious penthouse experience far beyond that of a typical hotel, this is the space for you!

What is the difference between booking here vs. through the hotel?

You will have access to all of the services and amenities without having to pay the resort fee. You will not have to pay the resort fee to the hotel if you book with me - I cover that! I am the owner and manager of this penthouse suite and I am vested in your stay being a great one.

Is parking available at the property?

You are staying at the luxurious Signature at MGM Grand, which features 24/7 valet parking at no additional charge for the first vehicle per reservation. Have a visitor or need an additional parking spot? No worries! Parking for additional guest vehicles is available at the MGM Grand self-parking structure for up to $15/day.

How far is Top Golf from the The Signature at MGM Grand?

When you exit the The Signature at MGM Grand, you are practically in the Top Golf parking lot. The walking time is under five minutes.

How far is the property from the Las Vegas Strip?

The Signature at MGM Grand is located via a connected walkway to the MGM Grand Casino & Resort. The indoor walkway connecting the property to the casino is air conditioned and approximately a ten-minute walk (0.5 miles). The MGM Grand is located directly on the Las Vegas strip and conveniently connected to Las Vegas Monorail making transportation easy!

Will I have access to the amenities at the MGM Grand, such as their pools and lazy river?

Yes! You get the same access as a guest that booked directly with the resort, but don't have to pay the resort fee (I cover that). As someone that frequents Las Vegas on a regular basis, a few important things to be aware of though:
(1) The lazy river requires a pool tube which can be rented from MGM Grand for $36. However, renting a plastic tube for this price is NOT required. You can bring your own tube with you from home, which we strongly recommend.

-Pool Complex: 9AM-5PM

-Lazy River Pool: 10AM-4PM

-Pool Deck Food and Beverage Service: 10AM-4PM

(3) Similar to nearly all Las Vegas resorts, the MGM pool access is available on a first-come-first-serve basis and may be restricted based on occupancy limitations. This same restriction applies to hotel guests.
