We throughly enjoyed our time here. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed! The grounds are beautiful, with lots options. Jeremy was a great host, super responsive. I Highly recommend!!
Great place and the location is perfect for access to Bryce Canyon, Zion and Kanab! Jeremy was very helpful and a great host. I hope to come back soon.
Overall great location for hitting both Zion and Bryce Canyon. Property is mostly isolated and offers fire pit area and a separate hot tub area that we actually used as a cold plunge, which was great after long day of hiking.
Home was stocked with everything we needed and host was very easy to communicate with. The scenery was our favorite part! Beautiful, clear night skies, several deer wandering around, and sweet mountain air. The hot tub on the hill was such a unique and fun way to enjoy the scenery.

We had an awesome 4 day stay at this cabin. Owner was responsive to all of our needs and property manager was great to deal with. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Please be aware that there are steep steps to get into this cabin. We would book with this company again!

Enjoyed a quiet weekend getaway here. Fought weather a bit so I didn’t get outside as much as planned but the home was comfortable and relaxing to stay in too. Awesome communication with property manager.

This property and their owners is a definite A+! The property is very clean and modern in a very quiet woodsy area. You are 30 minutes away from both Zion and Bryce National Parks. This is our second stay here and there will be more indeed. Thank you!

Thanks Michael. We have loved having you! Hope to have you again soon.
While we weren’t there very long, this place had me wishing we had more time. Everything is exactly as per the listing, super cozy and comfortable, the stargazing by the firepit amazing, and the communication/check-in process outstanding. I would highly recommend. We will be back!

Thank you so much for your review! Safe travels. Come again soon!
The property is in a beautiful spot, was clean, and very cozy! The property managers were very quick to respond to any questions and even willing to provide some restaurant recommendations. I didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen looked very well stocked for anyone who wanted to. I would encourage future visitors to make sure they arrive for the first time during daylight because it’s very dark and remote, so it’s nice to have full visibility to know the way in.

Thank you for your review! Great advice to try to arrive during the day. That being said, we haven’t had any issues with people finding it. We have it well lit and try to be very clear on the directions.

Beautiful property with an updated modern feel-loved it! Was a bit pricey but it was a last minute decision.
Everything about our experience was PERFECT! We arrived from Nevada to 3' of fresh snow with all roads plowed and ready for us. The pictures in the listing are all correct and the cabin has a clean, modern look and feel. All bedding, seating and kitchen was super clean and met every need for us. The host communication was amazing and friendly. We have already booked another stay in June for our anniversary! Book this cabin and you won't regret it. Thanks!

Thanks so much! I’m glad you could enjoy it in winter. We keep the roads open and as long as you come prepared it can be a really magical experience. Some again soon!
We loved the location of the rental. was really convenient to get to Brian Head ski resort, Zion and Bryce canyon.
Very clean property. They do inform you that you need a 4-wheel drive. The drive to get there is up a cliff and we went while it was snowing and we definitely would have gotten stuck if we didnt'.
Since we went in the winter the unit was really cold. there was heat but there were no vents in the room to properly warm it. there was a room heater in the room but it wasnt working. The water was very hot and stayed hot. we had no issues taking showers and having the hot water run out.
One of the reasons I did book this stay was because I saw there was a dryer so I assumed there was a washer and dryer in unit but there wasnt either. I think adding a washer and dryer would be a great touch seeing that most people staying are probably going to be adventuring and will want to do some laundry during their stay.
Since we did visit during the snow our vehicle did get covered in snow since there is no awning or covering. I would suggest to either add something for vehicles to park under or provide snow materials to be able to get the snow off. (Jeremy said that he used to provide snow shovels and such but they had gotten stolen so he stopped. so I do understand but still wish we had something besides our hands to clean snow off of our vehicle)
Overall a great stay just minor things I would change but they didnt take away from our experience here.

Thank you for your review! We loved having you. I’m sorry the space heater was not working for you. I am sorry about the dryer on the listing. That should be fixed now. I agree, a washer and dryer would be great. Unfortunately not a great spot in the unit to put a washer and dryer.
I’m sorry about not having equipment to clear your car. In Utah in winter I made the assumption that most people keep that in their vehicles but I think it would be helpful to advise people to bring the proper equipment.
We really appreciate you staying with us! Try us again when you’re in the area. In the spring and summer it is gorgeous and much less adventurous to get to.
