Not what is listed

These are two separate hotel rooms in the Park Lane Hotel, not 2 bedrooms as the listing says. Our rooms both had air conditioning issues, were very hot and one room had soaking wet carpet from the leaking AC unit. Dingy rooms overall amd not at all what the photos showed. It is not 12:00 check in as it says on the listing either.
