Napili Point B41 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo featuring amenities such as oceanfront views, a washer/dryer, and air-conditioning. Located on the ground floor, this condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a King bed in the bedroom and Queen sleeper sofa bed in the living space. The open-concept living room welcomes you with modern furniture and Hawaiian-inspired decorations, a large flat-screen TV, and a split A/C unit.

Retreat and relax in the bedroom with a King size bed and a split A/C unit. The remodeled ensuite bathroom features a large vanity space and a walk-in shower. Pack light, a washer/dryer is equipped in this unit for added convenience. This condo boasts a ground-floor lanai with an outdoor dining table for 4 and a lounge chair. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the panoramic ocean view. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The upgraded kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping a breeze and provides counter seating for 2.

Nestled above the majestic Honokeana Bay, Napili Point is a 115-villa low-rise resort. Please note Napili Point does not have elevators. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Enjoy the oceanfront pool, landscaped tropical grounds, and BBQ grills with views of the islands of Moloka'i and Lana'i in the distance. A 3-5 minute walk along an ocean front path away from our resort, is the sandy crescent beach of Napili Bay. Napili Bay is well known for its golden sand, great snorkeling, gentle surf, and wonderful sunsets. During the winter months, whales can be seen swimming by the bay.

Whatever you do, don’t book with “My perfect stays”. Absolute nightmare when my husband and I just landed for our baby moon. We had booked our stay with through VRBO and when we arrived to the property. There was a huge mess of debris from the walls where they removed pieces of the wall to get to piping. Please keep in mind that we were allowed into the property and they claimed they did not know this encountered. So they did NOT check the unit before guests arrive.If you are booking any units with them, keep in mind you are walking into a blind purchase, so buyers beware. Kimberly then called me multiple times to scramble on other properties they had. Please keep in mind they were NOTHING like the property we booked above and even charged us extra for the one that we had to rush to get. Then we had to think of a quick plan since we needed a place to sleep and I am 6 in a half months pregnant so of course I need to find somewhere to accommodate my family so we continued to book through them after all the stress. We arrive to the new property and their management company. We then booked through Kimberly then the office closed at 4 (time of check in) after they took our additional payment. We had to contact front desk and go back and forth to let them know we booked the room.I will never stay with “My perfect Stays” and please do your research before booking Vrbo and make sure the property manager actually sees the rental BEFORE you land.

Aloha, Mahalo for sharing this — we are very sorry your babymoon was disrupted and for the distress this caused, especially while pregnant. An unexpected, urgent repair meant the original unit had to be taken out of service; debris should never have been left where guests could enter, and you should not have been directed into that space. As outlined in our rental policies, we do reserve the right to relocate guests when a unit becomes uninhabitable, but we failed to handle this relocation and the check‑in process smoothly. We also regret the confusion around additional charges and the front desk timing — that level of communication and coordination fell short of our standards. We have already reviewed this incident with our operations and housekeeping teams and are strengthening pre‑arrival inspections and check‑in procedures to prevent a repeat. Spectacular Views

This condo has some of the best views in Maui. We could see turtles and whales from our lanai. And when we wanted to head to the beach there were chairs, towels and a cooler ready to go. The unit came fully equipped, the bed was comfortable, having a washer and dryer in unit was very convenient, and the AC/fans kept the place cool. This was the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful View!

So impressed by this property. The view is amazing with the most perfect sunsets. The unit was very clean when we got there and had a cute little welcome package. It was nice having the grass for our kids to run around and play. The property management on site aren't the most helpful once they find out you are through a third party, just fyi.

Outstanding location and communications. Property is beautiful and well kept, close to the beach and shopping. The unit itself was clean enough but amenities a bit to be desired. Curtain in main room hanging down on one side, picture or hanging missing leaving a lone hook on a bare wall. The kitchen had a collage of dishes and pots seemingly stuffed into arbitrary cabinets. Bring condiments if intending to cook meals as very little provided. Appliances in good working order, clean and appropriate. Closets stuffed with stuff in no orderly fashion including some junk needing to be discarded. 2 nice beach chairs and a small ice chest provided that came in handy. Lastly TV cable functioning needs better operating info. Spent more time than necessary learning how to use.
