Well stocked. Would have been nice to have more furniture in living room and a patio set by pool for outdoor dining. Conveniently located. Needed a little upkeep.
The patio / pool are was not up to expectations. There were weeds growing up through the concrete, the whole patio needed a good cleaning/ power wash. There were spots (dirt/ mold?) on the concrete that required cleaning. In addition, there were sections where the screen fabric was torn and separated from the frame. There was black stains (mold?) where the water entered the pool. Finally there was one screen door that did not close properly due to a broken strike plate. Also, the patio furniture needs to be upgraded. It was of low quality and not very sturdy. An option for outside dining would have been nice as the only table was not meant for dining.
Game room was a hit for the younger adults and the pool was perfect for everyone. If I ever need to stay in PSL again I will check to see if this house us available.
Stay was wonderful. Stores were close by for general shopping or groceries. Pool was wonderful. House had had everything we need to cook with, quite neighborhood
My stay was between OK and good. The fence in the backyard was down where my dog could get out so that was not a good thing. The pool that was heated and it wasn't that might've been my mistake and in the house there's ants in the sink, I saw some cockroaches underneath the sink. However, it is Florida and my grandma used to live here so I understand the cockroaches. You can spray every day and still find one or two here and there. The house is beautiful. I liked the entertainment center in the garage. The kids really enjoyed that. I did not like that. I could not plug in my charger to a lot of the electric outlets because the plug would fall out because the plugs were recessed too far in the wall and I did not like the super thin toilet paper that was horrible.
Extremely disappointed that the beds in the kids room had been switched out and not as advertised. Could have communicated so that expectations would not have been crushed. The grandkids were expecting bunk beds and instead there was a twin, the trundle and a twin mattress with only a waterproof cover on it wedged between the twin bed frame and the wall. I had to move all the beds around to lay the mattress on the floor and find sheets to put on it. Also, there was trash under the bed when I pulled the trundle out. Not a good way to start. Then the glass table in the living room was loose so we had to remove the glass top and place it under the couch to avoid breaking it or someone getting hurt. Two bugs found in the master bedroom. Pool deck could have used a cleaning. In the garage/game room the pictures showed an air hockey table but it wasn’t there. The basketball game was a good substitute but the host should have communicated that they had been replaced.I would not recommend or stay here again. Even the lock box was not clean when we arrived. Bad first impression. Also, the front door does not open all the way because it catches on the floor tile.

*Please take heed to most recent reviews.* We got to the home around 6:30-7pm. Pulling up to the home is nice. Walking to the front door it was bird/animal poop all over the porch & wall. Security door frame was there. No glass. We were able to access the home good. Entering home: room #1: bunk bed broken, not as advertised, trundle bed sheets were filthy (not exaggerating) , second bedroom was ok. Master bedroom ok. Small dead baby roach and spider in the closet of first bedroom. Spider in the living room, spider in the dining area, live baby roach in the kitchen upon arrival, killed it. Pool area filled with spider webs, hole in screen of pool cover. No table hockey as advertised but a basketball game to replace, sheets on top of washer unsure if they were clean or not. Towels in dryer. We messaged host about these things, she was quick to respond about cleaner coming next day. Messaged her about pest control as well. No response. Next morning, messaged her about cleaner and that we needed a broom and mop (broom and mop provided were dirty and inoperable). Cleaner came and almost took all of the towels until I told her we needed those (family of 6 in the home) she almost left about 6 exactly. She did not bring a broom. Messaged host for update on pest control because there was another live baby roach in the kitchen again. No response until about 3pm (I was already on the phone with customer service) was told bug spray under cabinet. *See photos for rest of review.*
We had a very nice time at the house. The weather was perfect for enjoying the pool. It could benefit from a heater or solar cover just to warm it up a bit. The beds were super comfortable and it was great having 2 bathrooms with my teenage kids. The neighborhood was very quiet and the house was conveniently located close to stores and good restaurants and not too far from the beach. Would definitely stay there again.
We rented the home for the pool and location, location was perfect but pool was not heated and it felt ice cold on the 90+ degree days. I recommend stocking the kitchen with basic spices and seasonings. Otherwise, house is clean and well kept. Check in and check out was very easy. Ana was very responsive. We will keep this property in mind when booking again in Port St. Lucie.
Basic, basic, basic and dirty…worst VRBO we’ve stayed at. The house was unclean/dirty overall. The amenities were non existent, nothing extra in this house. No beach items, literally 7-8 towels in the whole house and 4 of them were small princess towels! Not even an ice tray! We had to go buy extra towels, ice, raid bug spray, salt and pepper, baggies, laundry pods. The entry way was covered in lizard poop and dead bugs. The dishwasher was full, had to rewash and put away the dishes, not knowing if they were actually cleaned. Two of the three beds were absolutely disgusting when we stripped sheets. The host boasts of the “heated pool”, “heated pool, rare find for South Florida”, it was freezing we couldn’t even get in it! We could’ve saved and stayed elsewhere if they were honest about it. When pointed out to host she said “I checked the app and should be on”. It never got any warmer. The pool deck and patio area were dirty and the lanai was covered in spiders. So many in fact I had to buy Raid and kill them. They were on every beam and corner. We couldn’t comfortably sit outside. I then had the sweep and spray the floor. The fence was falling down. Just an overall bad experience. Skip this one, not worth it.
We only stayed for a short trip, but would love to come back. Didn't get to take advantage of the pool...next time. Also the "playroom" was an added bonus.Thank you!
