Parker's Peak Cabin w BBQ Grill & Community Pool

Summary:
A quick drive to town and the lake, this renovated rustic 3bd/2ba in a gated mountain community.

The Space:
Located in a gated community a short drive, or long walk, from the town of Shaver Lake! 30 minutes from China Peak Ski Resort, and 20 minutes from swimming holes at Dinky Creek! This is a townhome, connected on one side to another residence, but the corner lot and quiet community makes it feel private. We like this setup because you get middle of the forest feel, but with a greater sense of security. The community also offers a pool, a pool pass is provided with your stay!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire cabin and community amenities!

Other Things to Note:
Guests must be 25 to book and we do enforce our no-party policy.
Please note that check-in is between 4-8:30pm. No exceptions.
Well behaved, trained pets only. 2 pets max. Owners must pay a non-refundable Pet Fee of $100 per pet.

The condo was spacious. It was a quiet area. We enjoyed sitting on the porch with coffee in hand, listening to the birds chirp and watching the squirrels play in the trees. It was a short drive into town. We can’t wait to stay again! Note: Pool/Jacuzzi open Friday-Sunday and Holidays 10am-10pm

Absolutely Amazing

We loved the rustic feel. We got to see it snow, hail, and rain all in the same vacation. I really like that you have your own private deck. The fireplace worked very well. We had a fire the entire time we were there. Communication with the host was absolutely amazing. This is exactly what we were looking for, a relaxing home away from home.
