Welcome to our centrally located cabins in the Grand Circle, the perfect basecamp for Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Duck Creek OHV trails, and Brian Head.
Secluded on 11 acres with 3 separate living spaces, a game room, private hiking trails, year-round operating 9-person hot tub and a seasonal wood heated hot tub, there is plenty of room for the whole family and all the toys. With 3 king beds, Starlink Internet, and smart TVs, you will stay comfortable while enjoying your mountain retreat.
THE SPACE
The property includes 3 private living spaces and a shared game room, all labeled for your convenience.
UNIT #1
Located above the garage, this modern and cozy space features a fully equipped kitchen with pantry, dining area with beautiful views, sitting area with smart TV and fold-out couch, a full bathroom with essentials, and a private bedroom with an incredibly comfortable king bed.
UNIT #2
The main floor of the log cabin blends modern finishes with rustic charm. This unit includes a full kitchen, dining area, sitting area with fold-out couch, stocked linen cabinet, and a full bathroom. A ladder leads to the loft with a queen and full bed. The main bedroom features a lowered king bed and year-round comfort.
UNIT #3
Located downstairs from Unit #2, this private retreat is perfect for a couple. It includes a lowered king bed, fold-out chair for one, a compact but well-equipped kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry room.
GAME ROOM
Located in the garage, this fun-filled space includes a large smart TV, foosball table, dart board, fridge, board games, guitar, chess, checkers, snow shoes, corn hole, and seating for everyone. You have exclusive access during your stay.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The property features three outdoor gathering areas and a secluded, off-grid, wood heated hot tub for two that can also be used as a cold plunge. Enjoy stargazing, crackling firewood, and peaceful forest surroundings.
Space #1 features a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and dining for four.
Space #2 offers another fire pit with string lights and seating near the cabin.
Space #3 sits outside Unit #3 with a table, chairs, and fire pit.
Hot Tubs: Standard hot tub located just north of the cabins through a cobble stone path and surrounded by trees for privacy and atmosphere. During summer months, you will find the “Cowboy Hot tub” up the railroad tie steps above Space #1
We charge $20 per night for access to the wood pile.
LISTING ACCESS
You have full access to all indoor and outdoor spaces. The property spans 11.25 acres with trails, hills, forest, and even a hidden hilltop dining set if you can find it. Please reference the property map and respect nearby cabins.
We charge $20 for early check-in and $20 for late check-out. Reach out ahead of time to check for availability.
We manage remotely and are very responsive if you need anything.
LISTING TRANSIT
We are the second cabin on the left on Oak Ridge Road. There are 8 parking spots available. Overflow parking is available upon request. We recommend using your Maps app of choice.
LISTING NOTES (PLEASE READ)
The cabin is accessed by a dirt road that may be muddy or snowy depending on the season. Snow removal is provided but may be delayed. From late October through early March, all-wheel or four-wheel drive is strongly recommended, along with chains and winter tires. During muddy seasons, low clearance vehicles are not advised. Guests are responsible for vehicle access and any towing or damage.
When using GPS, route from US-89 to Lutherwood Rd near Todd’s Junction, then follow W Lutherwood Rd to N Oak Ridge Rd and take the uphill fork.
The main cabin comfortably sleeps 8, though the interior is not large and may feel tight for some groups.
Pets are welcome. A $150 pet fee applies and must be included in your guest count.
The Cowboy hot tub may be unavailable from September through March or April depending on weather.
1. Between the hours of 9:00 pm to 8:00 am, please keep loud noises to a minimum and be courteous of other guests and neighbors.
2. If you decided to use the game room please be respectful of other guests. The game room is closed 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. If you decide to play games please pick up after yourself.
3. No illegal activity or hazardous materials, such as fireworks or other combustibles are permitted on property.
4. There are no sink disposals. Please put all food into the trash before putting dishes in the sink.
5. Please clean the BBQ Grills after each use.
6. Drive cautiously with your 4 wheelers, Side by sides, ATV’s or UTV’s. Speed limit on Oak ridge road, Lutherwood road, and in the vicinity of cabins is 15 MPH.
7. Be aware of the property line and the property lines of others to avoid trespassing. Our 11.5 acres is east behind the cabin to the fence, north to the power lines, and south to the cabin 1 wash basin.
8. No smoking inside or within 20 feet of the cabins.
9. No shoes in carpeted areas.
10. No hunting or shooting on property.
11. Do not leave doors open as little critters may enter. Lock doors and windows before you head out to explore.
12. Adhere to all fire restrictions in the area. Fires are ONLY allowed in designated fire pits and the hot tub stove.
13. Extinguish fires at night and before leaving the property. Use water from the house and stir with a shovel to fully extinguish.
14. Do not chop down trees in the area. Firewood can be purchased at the MOBIL gas station on UT-89.
15. The Internet is provided by Starlink and can fluctuate in speed. Be patient of the internet and keep in mind that the internet is not guaranteed.
16. Pets are welcome. We ask that all pets remain on leashes when outside and are never left unattended. Please always clean up after your pets and keep them off the furniture.
17. Between October and March please leave the thermostat at 61 degrees or higher so that our pipes do not freeze.
18. Please, do not feed the wildlife
