Beautiful Home

The property was exactly as in the pictures. Everything was in order and clean. The distance to the beach was a hop,skip and jump away. The view of the beach from the balcony and rooftop was absolutely beautiful.

Dream Bday Vacation

We stayed in this house for just four nights, but we wish we never left. Everything in the house was immaculate. Every detail was perfect and as advertised! The proximity to the beach and restaurants was incredible. Working with the management team was also a breeze. This home made my husband’s 40th birthday so special. Thank you so much!

Stunning

Beautiful, exactly as photos depict and more. Plenty of space for multiple couples or 2 families. Designer decor gives it a hip luxury vibe while still being comfortable. Great appointments (beds, linens, furniture and finishes) Outdoor spaces for all- hot tub and fire table on the rooftop were our favorites. Walk to everything Encinitas! Giulianna was responsive, accommodating and helpful. Looking forward to returning with friends!

Family Vacation at Moonlight Beach

We enjoyed our family vacation at this property very near Moonlight Beach. Our family of two grandparents and two families of four liked the layout for our party of 10. We liked the upscale amenities. I'd give it a rating of 5 instead of 4 stars except for the dark stairs and dim stairway lighting which was challenging when coming in from the bright sunlight. There could have been more small pots for cooking and, unfortunately, the hot tub was not working during our visit. The property manager, Guilianna, was very helpful.

Regarding the dark stairs and dim stairway lighting, we understand your concerns. The design of the house incorporates darker colored walls to create a specific ambiance and aesthetic. However, we apologize if it presented challenges for your group, particularly considering the eye condition one of your party members was experiencing. We will take your feedback into consideration as we balance the desired atmosphere with practical considerations. Regarding the hot tub, we apologize for any confusion. Despite the screen issue, we want to kindly clarify that we did our best to communicate that we could assist to turn the jets on the spa through our virtual app. We regret any difficulties you encountered and any miscommunication regarding the functionality of this amenity.
