We visit family in the area regularly. we’ve often stayed in area hotels and never been totally satisfied. The cozy cottage was just that: a cozy place to relax and recharge. it was a comfortable escape after a great time with family, a quiet clean spacious place after all the energy of my family. the cottage is immaculate, comfortable and just right for the two of us. we enjoyed its large comfy living space, bed and the quiet setting across from grazing cattle.

The place is located just a few miles from Waterfront on Lake Guntersville. Its a 10 minute ride to Scottsboro. The property manager is first class! Ill be back for sure.

We spent New Years Eve weekend visiting with my family and this place was wonderful for getting away from the noise and getting some sleep. Solo fishing trip

This house was perfect for my stay. I bookended the trip with a couple bass tournaments, and stayed by myself. The house was very clean and had all the amenities needed. The WiFi allowed me to stay connected to work during the week, while the house provided a getaway for me when prepping for the tournaments.

The cottage was really clean and quiet. It was enough close enough to town to do things. Loved having all the flyers of things to do. Only downfall is the bedroom stays a little warm and you have to becareful getting out of the shower. We loved it. 😍
